Deciding to use Mental Fitness for my child’s 6th Birthday Party was the best choice ever! Once I choose an available date, and the “Fashion Engineer” theme, Ms. Anderson, Ms. Courtney and Mr. Childs got the party started! LOL 🎉🤭 All I really had to do was invite her friends to the “Fashion Frenzy”! All the kids mentioned how fun the hands on activities were (boys and girls) and cheering them on and seeing their confidence boost during the “grand finale” fashion show was EVERYTHING! Ms. Anderson even led an impromptu dance session during the party, the kids loved playing indoors and outdoors. Having a professional PHOTOGRAPHER was the icing on the cake for me! I’ve attached a few pics to this review, MENTAL FITNESS STEAM ACADEMY is a one stop shop for birthday parties! 🥳 BOOK YOURS ASAP! You won’t be disappointed and your child will have UNFORGETTABLE memories!
Tiffany PiperSep 2, 2025This program is INCREDIBLE for young leaners. From preschool age to early teens, Mental Fitness offers structure AND fun. Our child has been going for a few weeks and has been loving it. The staff is attentive and the activities are fun and engaging without sacrificing the educational enrichment. The best part is that they offer transportation from many schools to their center AND feed the kids dinner!
SYNC CINEMA FESTSep 2, 2025I highly recommend Mental Fitness Summer Camps to any parent. Ms. D is an amazing teacher and motivates kids to give their best in all their activities. The field trips give the kids insights into local government, physical fitness, finance, and of course summer fun. Thank you Mental Fitness for pouring positive energy into my kids throughout the year.

The staff cares about the kids and does a good job of communicating their goals To the parents. We use them for before care, aftercare, and summer camp, and will continue to do so until my kids age out. They especially love their teacher, Miss Paige

I love the traditional values taught...respect, kindness, helpfulness, manners and consideration to name a few. The children, ranging from K- 5th grade are very smart and articulate. Mental Fitness is an environment that will continue to cultivate these skills to foster well rounded human beings. The many field trips and class experiments really adds to the program and is very exciting for the children.These are the many reasons (not all) I would recommend Mental Fitness STEM Academy.
