  • My son started in August. In December he was left in his classroom, unsupervised. Children of different age groups are mixed into a classroom some days- example school aged & preschool. This caused an incident where my son was pushed down &his tooth was damaged by An older kid. No one wrote an incident report. I had to learn about the incident from my four year old. It has been a month+ since the incident and there was no video provided or attempt to have a parent meeting. They have JUST started asking me if I wanna resolve the issue because I got an attorney involved. Now that there is a lawsuit, they gave me the ultimatum to drop the lawsuit or keep my son facility. The teachers are not bad I actually quite like Ms. Hannah and Ms. Kim, but the management could careless and the ownership lacks accountability and it’s not something you want to overlook if you care for your children.. I will send videos of both incidents if anyone is interested in my experience bc SOME OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FROM HER STAFF. Mine is legit 🤷🏾‍♀️

  • As a single mom who works 12.5 hour shifts while in school for nursing this daycare has been a godsend for me. All of the staff are super friendly and my babies love it here.

  • Ms. Mariam is such a genuinely sweet person. I was going crazy looking for proper childcare for my son & she accepted us without any issues. I love how they make sure the kids have enough food and give them time to eat, not like other big daycares that only feed at certain times of the day. They also make sure the kids are well taken care of. She’s very accommodating with the hours you need childcare which is very hard to find. My son has been here for almost a year now and he loves it. I’m extremely grateful for finding this place.

  • I went here when I was 3rd grade. My mom put on the list that I can’t eat mash potatoes, But the lady who runs this place gave me the mash potatoes,I threw them up! She even blamed me when SHE was supposed to WATCH the KIDS at her house! I will never want to go back to this place! The bathrooms were horrible and they were nasty! The food was good half of the time! Most of the time one of the bathrooms never even worked! One of the teachers even asked me to draw my family and I drew my mom and then she asked “Where is your daddy in the drawing” I had to draw my dad! The playgrounds are horrible and the whole place is ragging and old! Until I see change in this place in my eyes this review stays the same!

  • This facility was what I needed, when I needed it. Ms Miriam, the owner worked with me and my kids in a rough patch of our lives. We were having issues at the previous facility with potty training and it was resolved almost immediately at MT Academy. The fact that there were not many kids is what attracted me to the place and the 24hour care. Small groups of kids means my kid gets more attention, then a place where there is one teacher and 13 kids and the teacher ends up potty training all day and my kid learns nothing. Her mom is a sweat heart all the kids love her and call her grandma. Its a real Mothers Touch. Thank you for going above and beyond to my little munchkins.

  • I really wanted to support this establishment being that I've seen fliers all over offering 24 hour daycare services. I figured they were serious and ready to become a great provider for children. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I arrived with my baby and the owner/official daycare provider was MIA. No real staff or kids were there, only her mother who offered to take my child until her daughter comes back from the store. I asked her mother where my child would be and she lead me back to a dark room with no crib in sight. I could add more to my disappointment but I digress.
