Once Upon A Time Academy, LLC

For me to take the time to write a review speaks volumes. I give this childcare a rating of 0. The director pretends to have the best interest of your child in mind, but my experience says otherwise. My 3-year-old son has been suspended four times simply for acting his age. One of the reasons given was that he plays too roughly with toys. Anytime there’s the slightest inconvenience, they expect you to pick up your child. For example, my son was crying excessively because he was tired, which I had already explained—he wakes up at 4:30 AM to get ready. Yet, they still insisted I pick him up. Ultimately, the director expelled him, claiming she was losing teachers (I wonder why), and is now refusing to refund the overpayment on my account. If you are a working parent and your child is not perfect I do not recommend.

I have refrained from making a post regarding this facility bc I’m not the person to even speak bad on a company but I have waited 3 weeks to a month for my last check they tried to take most of my check till I called and told them the error . The owner daughter is rude and no matter how many times I’ve asked for information it was always a problem. I’m nt the only person who had / or went through this . From Oct 4 to November 1st nothing. Very unprofessional . I’m overly over it . No undate no nothing smh

I was so scared for my daughter to changed daycares being she had been in her old one from 6 months to pre-k. We changed daycares right before daycares her graduation and that also made me sad. But when I tell you she’s been there a year now and I love it! So happy with my decision for her before and after care and they treat my baby like family. Summer time they make sure the babies goes on trips and all.

My baby has been coming to this center since she was an infant and it has been the best experience! The owner is very helpful and wants the best for any child. The staff communicates with parents very well in my opinion. My baby never wants to leave them 💕

My 1 year old has been here since last December; and we absolutely love this place! The Director is amazing and she is a woman of God! My daughter is the type that doesn’t come to someone she doesn’t know; she doesn’t even crack a smile if she doesn’t know you; BUT she hugs the teachers here and she doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up. She runs back in to play with her teachers. She’s happy and she loves this place! She’s only 1 and I see the happiness on her face when she’s at school. I’m leaving this review because I want other potential parents to know that this academy is amazing! And the staff is even better! I know ALL my daughters teachers bc I’m that type of mom; and I pop in during the school hours😊 I love them and Ava loves them too! Thank you OUATA for all you do for Ava and the rest of the kids!
