Parker Chase Preschool Sprayberry

My infant is so happy here! She’s a well loved baby and I have had zero issues. Shes my fourth kid so I have seen lots of daycares and this is top notch. Parker chase is clean and welcoming and I even try to stay longer than I should because I love it! Thank you to the infant class teachers!

Parker-Chase has been an incredible place for my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives there. From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in her growth and happiness. The teachers communicate wonderfully and always keep me updated on her day, milestones, and little moments that matter. The classrooms are clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed, and the activities are both fun and educational.

We recently started our 9 month old daughter here after a bad experience at a previous daycare, and this place has been a haven for us. The teachers are so attentive to the kids needs and extremely communicative. We absolutely LOVE Parker chase!!

I love the consistent communication via the procare app where the day is documented for us to see. I also really enjoy the live video options available for us to check in our on kid throughout the day. Britney has been super helpful with my onboarding process. She has been so communicative, consistently followed up with me, and was extremely thorough by asking questions to become aware of my child's needs. I enjoyed her help so much, I bought her an orchid plant as a thank you. She truly is a pleasure, and made this transition into a new daycare very smooth. We need more people like her in the school systems.

As a first-time mom, food allergy mom, and pediatric occupational therapist, I cannot recommend Parker Chase enough! We love the Procare app updates with photos, lesson plans, meals, naps, and diaper changes. The live cameras are AMAZING, especially for a first-time parent, and we love to peek in during the day and see our daughter learning and socializing! Our daughter has multiple food allergies (milk, eggs, tree nuts, mustard), and the entire team goes above and beyond to keep her safe and included. From Ms. Michelle in the kitchen to the admin staff and teachers, everyone is attentive, responsive and proactive. There’s always a dairy alternative on the menu, allergy lists are posted in the classrooms, and they make sure she still feels included at mealtimes. They treat food allergies with the seriousness I wish the whole world did, and we are deeply grateful. If I listed every administrator, teacher, and staff member who has made a lasting impression, it would look like I copied and pasted the “Faculty and Staff” page from their website. Everyone we have met has been warm, friendly, and truly committed to high-quality childcare! As an OT who has worked in schools for over a decade, I can always tell when staff truly care versus just going through the motions. When I came to Parker Chase to support a few of my clients, I was so impressed with how well the teachers and admin knew the kids, used the tools I recommended, and worked with me as a team. That level of care and teamwork is rare, and it’s exactly why we chose Parker Chase for our daughter’s first school experience. We are so grateful and will always recommend this school!
