My son started going to Phoenix Kids since summer started and I couldn’t be happier about the way they handle everything. From their safely protocol, the engagement with the kids, and the meals they serve, THE PRICE IS GREAT, and their staff are all amazing. My son raves on Ms.Cherry, she is patient, kind, she greets all the babies with hugs, and she just has a warm spirit. She leads with love and that’s hard to find now days, when someone cares about your baby just as much as you (the mother) do. Another thing, when its time to pick my son up from public school or other programs, I normally have a snack in the car because I just know he’s going to get in the car saying he’s hungry. Not this facility, the first couple of days I did just that and to my surprise, he tells me he’s fine. I thought that was amazing because my boy always hungry for no apparent reason. They feed this kids great meals at that. I love this facility I can’t wait to bring my 3 year old.
Kenyatta HillJul 9, 2026Great place at the beginning! I did have some concerns about a teacher Ms.Cherry, upon registration I communicated that my son does have a speech delay and had previously left a camp specializing in speech delayed children. The owner & I had great understanding and communication since the first time we spoke! However after the second day I was told that my child would “need to be picked up” if he cannot sleep or stay quiet on the cots during nap time. As a parent that just started back working that was shocking especially since two days prior all fees were paid in full. She then instructed me that if that would be an issue if he failed to adjust that “she didn’t know how refunds or anything that would work but she can’t have him disturbing the other kids” as a former CNA that’s worked with all ages and disabilities I do believe that maybe she needs to work on communication etiquette herself and maybe work somewhere that doesn’t accept kids of “all walks of life”. My sons second week I had a family member drop of my child before cut off time, my son was denied entry into the program resulting in that family member being fired. I was given a refund for the however I further am left disgusted because Ms.Cherry also tried to show me that my son was unable to “sit down” in a chair for breakfast with no chair in sight. I had to get the chair myself and my son immediately sat down. I’m not sure if she’s overwhelmed with the number of children or what it really is. But as someone who worked previously in essential services I do think that maybe she either needs a refresher on training or a vacation! Again wonderful program, had the ordeal not happened the way that it did this morning; they would receive 5 stars from me!
Donata FJul 6, 2026After losing caps myself and my husband were in a panic to find a daycare afford for our twins , along with somewhere that could handle our schedule. I cant even begin to express how grateful I am that we found this place. My kids instantly became comfortable. The teachers are so kind and sweet everyone communicates great who knew losing caps would be a blessing lol
cassie LeeMay 26, 2026Honestly hands down the best kids club my daughter has attended. Im not a fan of daycare from all of the horrible stories ive heard but Ms.Shanell Ms.Stormis and Ms.Cherrt are literally the freaking best!! They care ATTENTION and love they showed my daughter they taught her so much and they actually CARE! 10/10 would highly recommend
Jay LeeMay 13, 2026From the 1st phone call I had with Ms. Shanell she has been very helpful from explaining all the different types of memberships, to making sure I got what works best for me! Today was my children 1st day. My middle child is VERY shy! Every where he go I have to tell people to just give him time (months) to warm up. When I picked them up today, I asked how did he do, did he talk? Ms. Shanell and Ms. Storm both looked at me confused lol. They said he was talking all day! That alone warmed my heart because out of all the centers he’s been to including school or even being around family sometimes he will very stand offish, shy, quiet, just overall to himself! I can say the energy in there is very welcoming and my boys loved their 1st day!!
Jamesha ButtsMar 4, 2026Ms.Shanell , the owner of this establishment, and her staff takes very good care of my child’s needs. The place is clean functional and they prioritize safety and education. When I pick up my child from aftercare his homework is done, he ate dinner m. ( they cook some good food in that kitchen now! ) and he never has a complaint, which says a lot because my baby very picky. I recommend anyone who needs daycare services to come see Ms Shanell. She is passionate about children’s wellbeing and she cares about parents getting affordable rates. She is truly heaven sent and I truly trust my child in her care. Also Ms storm and Ms Cherry are delightful. It’s been 2 years and no issues. I can work my shift and trust my child is in good hands EVERYDAY! God bless you all ❤️
