A group of us were referred to this daycare by another daycare that didn’t offer pre k. We submitted our application in February, but despite multiple phone calls, no one ever returned our calls or provided any information about the next steps. Got in touch with someone in July who said our child was approved and that someone would contact me with details about the open house. That call never came. Now it's the first day of school, and we still haven't heard a single word from anyone. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a school. I was prepared to trust them with my child's education, but their lack of communication made that impossible. Fortunately, another school was willing to accept our children at the last minute, and we're grateful everything worked out. I hope this school improves its communication so other families don't have the same experience.

Whoever answers sounds polite but Ive called on 4 separate occasions and was told I would get a call back after they speak with the owner in order to do a tour which is only on Fridays after like 6:30 or something. If tours go through the owner only, the owner should be taking calls if the front desk cant handle arrangements without delays and missed opportunities. Seeking care elsewhere Update to their response. I didnt know this was a black owned business but that doesn’t absolve you of criticism. Clearly comprehension is not the skill here. I was promised 4 call backs on 4 separate occasions and received 0. Customer service was the “service” received, so maybe be receptive of feedback instead of defense.
BEyondBEautiful4Mar 20, 2026My children LOVE this Academy the teachers are amazing and the owner is an awesome Leader and the price is reasonable….if you want your kids potty trained and learning all the way to Pre-K this is the school to sign up too
angela milnerSep 23, 2025This a great daycare for children of all ages. The owners and staff are professional at all times and care about the needs of the children. If you live in the South Fulton area, I recommend Pinnacle Pointe Daycare.
