My three 4,8 and 11 children attend Pride &Joy for summer camp each year. They enjoy the amazing field trips and the atmosphere. Each day I asked them what they learned or what they done on their field trip and it’s always something so exciting they have Learn or done. The staff is very friendly kind and gentle with the children as well as the parents. I would recommend Pride &Joy for any aged children for your childcare service’s and needs.
Cherl VandergriffJul 10, 2026My child was inappropriately touched by another student on 06/08/2026 when I spoke to Ms. Amanda she lied and told me one thing then the video showed another , I spoke with Ms. crystals and the owner of the center they told me they don’t think it was intentional but the video showed otherwise ! I went to have a meeting with Ms. crystal on 06/09/2026 she 1st lied and said they told me to come at 2:00pm which was a lie she told me she would be there from 6:00am - 3:00 pm and to come anytime in between I sat in the lobby from 12:00-2:00 waiting to have this meeting she did not want to show the video footage properly and lied and said it was intentional. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE I REPEAT !!!
Jonny ApplyJun 9, 2026I had high hopes for this daycare, but today my daughter got in the car crying, telling me another child slapped her in the face, pulled her hair, and hit her on the head multiple times. No staff mentioned this when I picked her up. I had to turn around to go back to speak with an adult. When I spoke to a director, I was met with smirking and dismissiveness. I called Kamry’s grandmother to help keep things calm because I was visibly upset and I was told sarcastically, ‘You can call whoever you want—daddy, grandma.’ This kind of lack of communication, supervision, and professionalism is unacceptable. I expect better from a place entrusted with our children’s safety and will be looking for another daycare ASAP !
Tay HunterFeb 26, 2026My children love being at Pride and Joy. They have a great staff and they are respectful. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and care they show for the children.
Whitney CurtisAug 26, 2025Sorry in advance about the long post but hope this helps someone. I’m not gonna tell anyone what to do with a their child but what I will say is this Daycare hires anybody literally. The administration team seems nice, but they don’t really care about your children when it comes down to it. My child had her arm broke by another kid running into her on the playground was left at the sink wash her hands by herself by the time I got there five minutes after being called about the incident. She was standing at the sink crying with the lights Still off in the class because they were bringing children in from outside, the teacher was in the room when I got there just three crying babies. When I went to Unenrolled her a weeks later, no one asked how she was doing or anything. Her hair had gotten pulled out twice. She has two bald spots would come home with bruises from I guess falling outside and when I would say something, no one knows what happened. I asked them to let me know if she gets hurt they still didn’t do it until the day her arm got broken and they literally told me we are only calling you because you asked us to the vibe in there is bad very outdated. I could tell the difference from there and her old daycare that she is happily back at, Only change daycare is Because p&j was right next-door to my house but it was so not worth it. She is back at her other daycare and is thriving, talking, speaking to the teachers and everything she wouldn’t even speak to the teachers at this school. P&j. Wish I never moved her there honestly
Mahogany CanidateJun 26, 2025My daughter has been going to the McDonough Location since she was 1 and now she’s graduating GA Pre-K. She’s my first born so I was nervous about sending her anywhere but I knew she needed the daily interaction. IM SO GLAD I WENT THROUGH IT. The staff has always been great to me and my daughter no matter their position at the center. I’m having another daughter soon and once I head back to work she will be at Pride and Joy as well. I recommend this center to any and everybody that ask me about a reliable daycare center in the area.
