  • We love Primrose at Macland Point!! Our daughter started attending at 15 months, as a first time mom.. I was very hesitant about sending her outside the home for childcare. All the stories you see and hear make it seem like you can’t send your child to school, until they can speak well enough to tell you what happened. I expressed my apprehension to the staff and they were so accommodating.. assured me our child would be safe. Ms. Jackie was absolutely amazing, along with Ms. Bri & Ms. Stephanie!! Our daughter loves her teachers Ms. Nyce, Ms. Nora & Ms. Trinity. Shortly after our arrival our daughter was up to transition to an older class.. again that discomfort settled in as I wanted to her to get used to school before changing classes. This immediately went away, she’s doing great in her class and we are so grateful for everyone who takes time to make sure our child has the best experience. The peace of mind we have is unmatched highly recommend.

  • We recently enrolled our daughter in the infant class at Primrose and it’s been a great experience! Throughout enrollment and her first month, we felt supported and have seen such a change in our daughter’s confidence to be around new people. We were nervous about the adjustment, but the teachers made it a breeze. Her teachers have been wonderful, keeping us apprised of changes they see in behavior or feeding, sharing if they think she’s getting sick, and answering our questions. You can tell management cares about their staff, which was important to us. Highly recommend Primrose at MacLand Point for any parents looking for an inclusive daycare for their child. We’re excited to be part of the Primrose family!

  • WE LOVE PRIMROSE AT MACLAND POINTE! We enrolled our son earlier this year, and we couldn't be happier. The Directors, Ms. Bri, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Stephanie, are all BORN to be in their roles: welcoming, informative, confident, and friendly. They know alllllll of the children's names and welcome them warmly every morning and evening. Ms. Olivia and Ms. Kathy in the Infant Room are so, so sweet. Our son immediately took to both of them and smiles and coos just as much for them as he does for his parents and family. They are attentive, caring, and I have zero hesitations leaving my son in their care every weekday. We receive plenty of updates and photos throughout the day and they make it so easy to communicate with staff through the school's app. 100/10 stars for our Primrose extended family!

  • After starting at another daycare, we opted to transfer our daughter to Primrose at Macland Pointe shortly after the infant program, and I'm so glad we did! Right from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and friendliness. Our daughter is super outgoing, and I love that each staff member engages with her in such a friendly manner. I genuinely feel the staff makes it a priority to start each child's day off with a smile which is extremely comforting. (Huge shoutout to Ms. Jackie, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Bri, Ms. L'Barra, and the numerous teachers that have supported our daughter at each program level!) Every teacher and staff member at Primrose has been openly communicative and actively partners with us in our child's development; this is a stark contrast to our previous daycare, where responses to my inquiries regarding curriculum, procedures, and safety measures made me feel like an overprotective parent. Our daughter has grown tremendously in critical academic, social, and emotional areas thanks to the specialized curriculum. As working parents, I greatly appreciate the collaboration Primrose at Macland Pointe has provided in the molding of our daughter into a Kindergarten-ready scholar! If you want a school that cares about you, your child, and your fundamental investment in early-childhood learning, definitely check out Primrose at Macland Pointe.

  • Our family recently moved to the area from out of state and trying to find childcare in an unfamiliar area can be so stressful! I called around and emailed many daycares in the area but Ms. Jackie made the decision so easy. From the very beginning, she was so knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions on the spot, and she was so prompt and professional in all of her responses and interactions. She accommodated our moving situation and we did a video chat to tour the daycare. My daughter loves going to Primrose everyday and she talks about her teachers all the time. All the staff are so friendly and they seem to know all the parents! It’s such a warm, welcoming place. I appreciate the clear, consistent communications from the staff via emails and messages on the app. I also appreciate the safety precautions they have in place (accessing the buildings and the check in/out process). The teachers are also on top of things and notify us a few days in advance if they’re running low on supplies, giving us ample notice to run to the store. And I really appreciate how structured the classrooms are and I have comfort in knowing that my daughter is learning actual pre-academic content in her early toddler classroom. Even though she’s only 2yrs old, I prefer this to a daycare where it feels like a lot unstructured and just babysitting. My daughter comes home with new skills and knowledge. I like that they have a curriculum they follow and they have creative ways of engaging little learners for their developing minds! As someone in the field of education, I also value the fact that part of Primrose’s curriculum focuses on social/emotional learning and teaching little ones about self regulation and emotions. And as a parent, I am so grateful that the teachers are sooo great about the updates and pictures they post on the app so we can check in throughout the day. When we started toilet training at home, the staff was so excited for us and they worked with us to reinforce and promote self independence. Primrose provides predictability and consistency, which are so important in their early years for their learning and for them to feel safe. Every morning, my daughter knows she goes in and knows the entry routine. They also seem to have a low staff turnover rate, which is always a good sign! The teachers there seem devoted to their jobs, and we haven’t seen many teacher changes in my daughter’s classes. As with any daycare/preschool, there are germs and kids will inevitably get sick, but the teachers do their best to make sure all the kids wash their hands and try to contain any big illnesses. The rooms and the building always look clean. And lastly, I also want to highlight that Primrose also seems to emphasize community and family involvement. They host family friendly events and ask for parent participation which feels very inclusive to me. I’m so grateful we found and chose Primrose! I know childcare can be so expensive, but having my daughter attend Primrose gives us such a peace of mind knowing that she’s safe, happy, cared for, AND she’s learning so much! Couldn’t ask for more from a daycare.

  • This school is fabulous. Want the best care for your child or baby? Look no further - this is it. I’ve had many experiences with different child care centers, and truly, this is where you will get top tier care for your littles. Mina, Olivia, and Kathy in the infant room are incredibly kind and loving. All of the staff are amazing as well. I walk away after drop off knowing my son is safe, loved, and in great hands.
