Hi Tanisha, Coming back to the review to see your response, I realized it didn’t post my comments. I still 100% choose 5 stars but there are a few things I think have room for improvement. There seems to be quite a bit of miscommunication amongst staff on numerous occasions with multiple issues. My most concerning issue occurred actually just last week, my 5 year old’s first week of summer camp. When I arrived for pickup, I was told he was in the bathroom but after a few minutes another teacher brought him back into the classroom. He was somehow able to go out of the classroom, completely unnoticed, was then thought to be in the bathroom but wasn’t considered to check on him even though it’d been a few minutes. This was immediately brought to the front desk’s attention but when discussing it the next morning with higher management, they were completely unaware. At the end of the day, he was safe and was actually familiar with the teacher who brought him back from a previous school. Children are unpredictable and we are all trying our best, I feel like some should try a little more. Lastly, I wish even if just a small difference, the tuition wasn’t so high. Having my two children, I am aware of how incredibly, incredibly expensive they are. Adding the current inflation which has become almost unmanageable, I just wish the tuition didn’t add 1+ mortgages to a household.
Caitlin YebraMay 18, 2026I can’t say enough great things about this school! Since my son enrolled, I’ve seen such a huge improvement in him academically, and it truly makes me so happy. His teachers are absolutely amazing, patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in his growth. The front office staff is just as wonderful. They’re always welcoming and helpful, and what really stands out to me is that they take the time to call me just to share positive updates about my son. Those moments mean so much and show how much they truly care about the students. It’s such a positive, encouraging environment, and I’m so grateful we found this school. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their child will be supported and celebrated!
Sheianne JosephMay 1, 2026My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our and our daughter's experience at Primrose School at Sugarloaf Parkway-East. From the very first day, the staff made our family feel welcomed and at ease. As a parent, it’s not easy leaving your child in someone else’s care, but the teachers here are truly exceptional—kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and well-being. Our kiddo is thriving! She has not only grown academically from the hand-on activities and learn and play approach, but also socially and emotionally. We’ve seen improvements in her communication, confidence, and independence. The daily updates, photos, and open communication give us so much peace of mind throughout the day. The facility is always clean, safe, and well-organized, and the activities are engaging, creative, and age-appropriate. It’s clear that a lot of thought and love goes into everything they do. What really stands out is the sense of community. The staff at Primrose School at Sugarloaf-East, treats every child like family, and it shows. We are so grateful to have found a place where our child is happy, safe, and thriving. I Highly recommend Primrose School at Sugarloaf Parkway-East to any parent looking for a trustworthy and nurturing daycare!

Jesus UrenaMar 23, 2026We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Primrose. My son learns and grows so much every day and genuinely has fun while he’s there. The staff are incredibly attentive and caring—they really take the time to get to know each child. I appreciate all of their updates and photos throughout the day. Tiffany LeeMar 16, 2026We have been part of this daycare family for several years now. My son started here when he was 3 years old and continued all the way through Pre-K, and now his little sister started in the infant class and has moved up to the toddler class. That alone shows how much we truly trust and love this place. The teachers are amazing — caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. They create a warm, nurturing, and structured environment where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciate most is how family-oriented the daycare is. It doesn’t feel like just a daycare — it feels like a community. As parents, you don’t have to worry when you drop your children off. You know they are safe, well cared for, and loved. We are so grateful to have found this daycare and highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their children.
