  • Our family has been with this school since my daughter was 3 years old, and the original teachers and management (Ms. Krystal and Ms. Cece) were wonderful. However, under the new management team, the school has truly reached a whole new level! My daughter transformed from incredibly shy and intimidated into a confident schoolgirl who looks forward to school every single morning! Her teacher, Dr. Zandra (Dr. Z), is exceptional. She goes way above and beyond the standard Georgia Pre-K curriculum, taking extra time to teach vital academic and life skills tailored to each child's needs. She is calm, deeply knowledgeable, attentive to parents' concerns, and dedicated to setting her students up for long-term success. She’s currently in summer camp, and the new management continues to impress. The program is perfectly balanced with engaging daily activities that build dynamic skills. While lunch service used to be a struggle, the school recently brought on Chef Maria, who has been a complete game-changer! My daughter is a very picky eater, but she clean-cleans her plate now and loves every healthy meal and snack provided. I am so incredibly grateful for Ms. Sweta, Dr. Z, Chef Maria, and the entire new management team. This school is truly top-notch!

  • We are so excited that Primrose School of Duluth West offers Summer Camp. We both work full time through the summer and it is great to be able to drop her off at a camp near our home that offers the hours we need and the activities she loves. The teachers are kind and caring, and the management team is very responsive. I especially love the fact that I do not have to worry about packing meals as the chef is always preparing elaborate gourmet meals that she comes home raving about. There is even an edible garden that the children have helped cultivate and will help harvest. We look forward to bringing our daughter back for school break camps.

  • I went back to work once my daughter was 8 months old and I was very nervous about finding childcare as my daughter was only use to being with me. My husband and I considered an in house nanny and toured 4 different daycares before deciding on this particular Primrose location. I have nothing but praises to sing about the staff in the infant room. From day 1 Ms.Maria, Ms.Janak and Ms.Mariam were so intentional with their care for my little one. They consistently gave me honest updates about how she was adjusting and always gave her the extra nurturing she needed while adjusting to such a big change. I knew my daughter was in good hands with how quickly she adapted and how her cheerful temperament never changed. They maintained her feeding schedule and slowly adapted her to match the schedule of most other babies and even got her to start taking naps as she stopped taking naps at 4 months old. I always feel at ease receiving ample photos and notes throughout the day about how my daughter is doing. Each day at pickup despite receiving tons of updates throughout the day from the teachers I still get a thorough run down of how her day was and it truly makes me feel so at ease to see the attention and care all the teachers give to my daughter. On top of how well they treat my daughter, Ms. Maria, Ms.Janak and Ms.Mariam have also always been so kind and patient with me as a first time mom. These women have some of the most important jobs taking care of little ones and I’m grateful for them everyday!! I feel so lucky to have them caring for my little one. Because of them, I am able to continue to pursue my dream career happily knowing that my daughter is in good hands.

  • We had such anxiety surrounding finding a daycare for our 8 month old. During our site tours, Ms. Maria shared her infinite wisdom concerning the care of infants (the cute wee ones), Immediately we saw him sitting erect and hitting a milestone that we had been working on. We were immediately put at ease. In that moment given her long tenure at the same site, we chose Primrose. We knew that she was be best alternative for Jace's care while we worked. Together with Ms. Janak, our son's transition in care was seamless. Throughout the day we get photo and care updates, and office communication as needed. I'm so grateful for the entire staff at Primrose which included Ms. Chris, Ms. Krystal, Ms. Cece, Ms. Ayanna, Ms. Janak, Ms. Miriam, Ms. Carla, and Ms. Sam, as they have made our first year with Primrose wonderful. J enjoys it and looks forward to school each day. Whereas, many changes have occurred and many of the staff have taken other opportunities, I'm hopeful that the staff that remains and the new owners will continue to grow the best in our children and their school community.

  • Our daughter has been in the Infant room at Primrose Duluth West since she was 4 months old. We have had a very positive experience - the teachers truly treat her like their own and send so many updates during the day. This is our first experience with a daycare, but you can really tell they care about her not only while at school but also in her general development and wellbeing. They've especially been a huge help as we transitioned her to solids since we are first time parents and it is all new to us! We cant thank Ms Miriam, Ms Maria & Ms Janak enough!

  • My daughter Nora has been attending Primrose School of Duluth West since she was four months old (January 2026). Her infant teachers Ms. Maria, Ms. Janak, Ms. Niah, and Ms. Lisa have exceeded our expectations. They take care of Nora like she was their own daughter. I was very nervous when Nora started attending Primrose because she was having trouble with reflux and hated going down for naps, but from the first day I could tell she was in good hands. Ms. Maria and Ms. Janak send the cutest photos and videos through the app throughout the day, log every nap, meal, diaper check, etc., update me on the lessons they do in class, and even gave me tips to help with things like reflux and starting solids at home. I can tell how much Nora loves her teachers; at home she’ll cry when I leave her with anyone else but she happily goes to Ms. Niah every morning. Every time I pick her up, she is smiling, laughing, and babbling to Ms. Janak. They give her tons of active floor time; I’ve only ever seen her in a bouncer or high chair while she is drinking her bottles (which helps with her reflux) or eating solid foods. Her pediatrician is very happy with her development, and she’s been hitting all her milestones early. I also love that they take the infants outside when the weather is nice. Most other daycares we toured would not take the children outside until they were older, but at Primrose they take the babies outside for tummy time, bubbles, stories, etc. As someone who spent most of my childhood outside, I’m thrilled Nora gets outdoor playtime at school.
