Primrose is outstanding to me. I feel they are very clean and on top of things. They are always so welcoming with great energy as soon as step in the door. They make the transition from parent to daycare so easy. I love all of the learning and skills my child receives at Primrose. They off great food from the chef. They have a very nice outside play area. I also wanted to mention the office staff is always helpful and answer the phone 99% of the time. They are quick to inform you of emergency or if your little one is note feeling well. I love Primrose.
Candace ScottDec 22, 2025I will definitely recommend Primrose School of Sandy Springs South to my friends. I visited about ten schools before choosing Primrose, and I’m so happy with my decision. 1. I really appreciate that the school updates its menu regularly — that’s very important to me. I think it’s the only school where children are served fresh fruits. 2. I also love their educational program. It’s well-structured, and all the teachers follow it closely, which helps parents know what to expect. Ms. Victoria and MS. Erika put so much effort into teaching the children. My son already knows all his letters and has started trying to read, which is such a big step for his age!
Sona SimonyanOct 22, 2025I had a very disturbing experience at Primrose. The staff fabricated a story claiming that my daughter made a very troubling statement, which was completely untrue. To make matters even worse, the school introduced an inappropriate topic to my daughter something I have never discussed with her at home. As a result, she has been left traumatized and now requires therapy. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete lack of judgment and responsibility on their part. During a private conversation, her teacher, Vakisha, even asked me directly if I believed my daughter had ADHD. This is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, as she has no right or qualifications to attempt to diagnose a child. On multiple occasions, when I arrived to pick up my daughter, I found her sitting alone in the library what they considered the “quiet space”while the other children were allowed to play freely. Her lead teacher, Vakisha, also described my child as “draining” and “disruptive,” and even suggested that I take her out of school for a break. This behavior is unacceptable for any educator. A teacher’s responsibility is to guide, support, and nurture not to isolate or stigmatize a child. The administration showed no regard for respect or professionalism. The owner, Raneet, often displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. She speaks to parents in any manner she chooses, presents herself as though everything is fine, yet operates with ulterior motives. Instead of conducting fair evaluations, the administration simply sides with whatever the teachers say, regardless of how inappropriate or harmful it may be. After these incidents, I sent an email formally withdrawing my daughter from the school. The administration never responded, nor did they attempt to follow up with me. At no point during our meetings or through email communication did they offer any solutions, support, or willingness to address the concerns I raised. This complete lack of accountability and communication further reflects the school’s disregard for both children and parents. Overall, my experience with this school was extremely disappointing and disturbing. I would not recommend entrusting them with the care or education of any child.
BrookeAug 27, 2025We had a wonderful experience with the Primrose team! They set the bar high for what care could look like for our little guy. We saw continued learning and development as he moved from the infant classes to the toddler programs, truly enjoying the environment and staff. He was excited to go to school each day to see his friends and hug his teachers. The staff members and teachers really care about each individual child and what makes them unique, going above and beyond to make them feel special. We made a transition to another school solely based on location to our home / offices and it has reinforced how great Primrose is - diligent in care, kindness, and communication! We would highly recommend!
Brett CooganAug 5, 2025Overall I had a great experience at Primrose Sandy Spring South. My son started around 6mths and we left just recently due to a move. He learned so much through out his time there. I'm so amazed at how much he knows already for his age. He's already speaking so well and it amazes me to see his progress. The teachers are definitely doing there job. The facility is clean, the teachers are amazing with keeping you updated with there progress throughout the day, the front desk are always helpful and willing to assist with anything. The facility is controlled access. You must enter your code to enter the building which was a plus for me. The classrooms are organized and well kept. I love the many events they have through out the year for the children. The owner Mrs. Raneet is amazing and cares about the school and the quality of care your child receives. I came to her with concerns and she was always willing to fix anything or correct any issues that was there. Super sweet and always willing to help you anyway she can. Thank you :)
Felicia JonesApr 29, 2025Our family had an incredible experience at Primrose Sandy Springs South. From the moment we enrolled our daughter at one year old, it became a true home away from home for nearly three years. The staff was always kind, caring, and easy to communicate with, treating our child as if she were one of their own. The teachers demonstrated professionalism and patience, creating a warm and nurturing environment that supported her growth and development. Beyond the amazing staff, we also connected with wonderful families, some of whom have become amazing friends. The sense of community at Primrose is truly special. We only left because our daughter was accepted into a program we couldn’t pass up, but it was bittersweet to say goodbye. The impact Primrose has had on our family will always be cherished, and we are so grateful for the love and care they provided. If you're looking for a daycare that offers both exceptional education and a nurturing environment, we highly recommend Primrose Sandy Springs South!
