  • My son started here for pre k this year and he loves it..

  • I needed my son to go to daycare after being unemployed for 6 months and things were OK for a few months until he started not wanting to go. I removed my son after paying for his last week and he only went on that Monday. They lost a jacket of his for two months and called me back after 2 months of it being gone stating they "found it". In no way, shape or form does it make sense that his jacket was lost for 2 months and turn up all of a sudden. I did not want his jacket back nor did I want to bring him back. After letting Ms. Keke know he wasn't returning I call back today to get the tax ID for taxes and they state that I owe a balance when I do not owe anything nor should I have to dispute a "balance owed " for a daycare that has stolen my sons jacket and for it to magically appear after "2 months". If anything you owe me a balance back for the 4 days he did not attend his last week at your facility. Let me also mention to never give money to the workers because we also had an incident when I gave his tuition to the teacher and she claimed I didn't give her $200 that morning so when I came to pick my son up they stated that I owned his tuition for the week and the young lady that I have it to swore I never gave her the money when that was a lie. Be careful of this place it seems OK for a little while but overall bad customer service, the behavior of staff is sub par and they will try to do you over if your not on them.

  • I transferred my son to this preschool after selling my own in Marietta. He was in the pre-K class here. Unfortunately, my experience was disheartening. One day, they sent me a video of him having a tantrum, something I had never witnessed before, even when I owned the school he previously attended. In the video, the teacher appeared to handle the situation poorly, speaking aggressively and pushing him back away from a door, which only seemed to escalate his distress. This lack of empathy and understanding was concerning. It's evident that the staff would benefit from additional training in redirection and coping mechanisms. This incident left me feeling traumatized and unable to recommend this location to others. He’s now in the gifted school at his elementary school and has flourished since leaving there. No history of anything close to this since leaving there.

  • **length review** My son started with Princeton Academy on Austell Rd probably a month ago. Things were going well for a week or two until his first incident. He fell and hit his head on the playground and no one called us to inform us. It wasn’t until my husband picked him up around 4pm & got him home which is when we noticed a knot on his forehead. I immediately called Princeton and spoke with someone at the front desk who stated that she “was not sure” why anyone didn’t give me a call informing me that he fell and hit his head. I then went to the school right after our conversation and got the incident report. On the report it stated that the incident occurred at 10AM! What if he had a concussion or it was something more serious and no one called to let us know? I emailed the director Hazel since she was not there when I went to the school and informed her of what happened. I spoke with her the next morning in which she apologized and stated that it would never happen again. Second incident a few days later, our 3 year old pottied on himself and once again, no one gave us a call. We take full responsibility for not bringing him a new change of clothes, but it is completely unacceptable for them to not have given us a call informing us that he is needing clothes. Instead, they put him on an Medium sized shirt (touched his ankles), and left him on the same soiled underwear that he pottied on himself in. Remind you that it is cold outside and that is how they sent him home. My husband had a few words with the front desk person upon picking or son up and I reached out to the director via phone and email and of course, no response. We have decided to remove him from Princeton Academy. It has now been 3 days and I still have not heard from the director. I give this place two stars. One because I have to and the second one because the other lady at the front desk, I can’t remember her name (African American lady) was always very sweet and kind. I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I felt that this was right to warn other parents. The price is good but they are lacking in many different areas.

Is Princeton Academy II a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

Princeton Academy II holds Georgia record CCLC-49640, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Cobb County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is Princeton Academy II's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates Princeton Academy II 1 star, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does Princeton Academy II offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists Princeton Academy II as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for Princeton Academy II?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Princeton Academy II's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
