My daughter goes to center 1 and shes in the one year old classroom. Her teacher is absolutely amazing and the owner is just as amazing as well. The center is very clean. We love this center. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for taking such good care of her.

The communication is consistent and reassuring, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into both the educational activities and daily routines. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming, which gives such peace of mind. Most importantly, the level of care and patience shown to the children really stands out—you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their little ones will be cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow!

Michael SalyerJan 30, 2026My children ages 3 & 5 just finished their first week here at Raising Stars #2. They really like it, and are excited every morning. Ms. Maxine is great and very professional. If you search up every daycare in Rincon, they all have bad reviews. Unfortunately people only write reviews on bad experiences but there are many families who have great experiences but just don’t share. I’ve worked in daycares for years, since I was 18 years old and know that every daycare receives bad reviews. I think it’s worth it to try the daycare out yourself first. I am very pleased with this one.
Emily OldingMay 31, 2025I am a first time Foster Mom in Effingham County and was called last minute to get a one year old. Called around and Raising Stars called me back. Talked to the director Tish and she helped me get the paperwork together and worked with me until my CAPS was transferred. My little one is thriving there. He is learning independence with eating and his vocabulary is expanding beyond expectations. The staff there is one of the best I have encountered. Thank you Chanta and all the staff. I would definitely recommend this daycare, especially to Foster parents.
