Reach For The Stars of Cave Spring

My 3 youngest children went to this daycare and they loved my babies like their own kids. Very clean facility and so many activities for the kids. A few of the teachers even have degrees for teaching and all the others have degrees in childcare. I wouldn’t trust any other daycare with kids! Reach for the Stars Daycare is the best by far!

I can not say enough amazing things about the staff here! Tina, Sarah, Kym, Marissa are absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond to show those kiddos love, and support! Always doing special Birthday Parties and celebrations for each one, lots of adorable crafts, and they feed them home cooked meals and snacks! The love they show these kids is amazing, they treat each one like family! If you’re looking for a great childcare facility this is it! Also the one in Rome is fantastic as well!

This has become so entertaining ! I am the proud owner and director of Reach for the Stars Daycare for over 20 years . With 1000's of children that have been in our care. I am blessed and so proud of each and every one of my staff. Many of them have been with me for over 10 years. There is always going to be that person that gets upset by having to follow rules and get people to jump on the band wagon with them who never even attended my daycare. The newest reviews are a true example of that. Feel free to come see us anytime . They say " If people are talking about you it's because you are doing something right ". So let them talk 😉

Parents Beware: My child attended this daycare for quite some time. There was good days and there was bad. Although I wish the good outweighed the bad… sadly that was not the case. And I’m not particularly talking childcare completely. The director is very unprofessional and anytime a parent has a question about something, she always responds snippy, trys to start an argument, or completely disregards. I understand it may be hard finding people that want to work… not in a daycare. The teachers of a daycare do it bc that’s what they choose to do. But this daycare cannot keep a consistent staff to save their life. 99% of their good, long term employees have left because of issues with the director. When my child did leave the daycare sometime ago, we weren’t allowed to make sure we got all of their belongings. The teacher said “don’t worry, I got it all.” When in fact… we did not get everything back. I shouldn’t be surprised though, throughout our time there, we lost 100s of dollars of my child’s things. When we asked about them, we were typically met with “I don’t know.”Within the first 6 months we had a total of 6 bottles go missing even with first and last name written on them. Many outfits were never returned, and when asked about we would hear “I don’t know.” Come to find out recently from talking to other parents, we have come to find out that the director will fill a trash bag of different kids clothes (said to be from lost n found) and give them to different parents. Very rare you’ll actually see an honest review of a company. PARENTS BEWARE!!

My kiddo is I kindergarten now at a big school but attended RFTS from the time he was 8 months old until this school year. He was an infant during COVID and I never once worried. I always knew my baby was loved and taken care of! Best daycare ever!
