I enjoy every little experience that I’ve been apart of being in Redstone! My son loves it! He has grown so much! They upload everything that my son does and pictures of him having fun. Best experience
Merissa MendozaNov 19, 2025My son has been attending RCA since they first opened, and I can honestly say I’ve never once worried about his care. I always feel safe and confident leaving him there because I know he’s surrounded by teachers who genuinely love and care for him. The staff goes above and beyond to communicate with families and make us feel included in everything they do. I especially love how they celebrate holidays and special occasions — they make every event so fun and meaningful for the kids and parents. You can tell they put their hearts into creating a happy, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. We’re so grateful to be part of the RCA family! ❤️
Basia LoperOct 30, 2025Amazing! Just overall such a great place. Very patient and friendly teachers and staff! The owners are really nice and informative. The place is always clean and inviting. They really put an effort to make you feel like you’re part of a big family. Safe and healthy food options, Fun activities, and minimal staff rotation which helps in my opinion for the kids to feel good about staying there while we are gone. They use Procare which sends me updates about them every day! I never have to worry about my babies while they are there.
corie. lewis.Oct 28, 2025We are deeply disappointed and disturbed by our experience with this school. We can only hope that the actions of the administration, taken in direct contrast to pediatric and professional standards, do not have a lasting negative impact on our child. While we won’t share details about our child or the specific situation in a public forum and do not consent to the school doing so either, we’re happy to discuss privately with any parents who reach out. Current and prospective families should know that the administration’s approach to handling challenges may not align with best practices in child development, that students are not always treated equally, and that there are significant concerns with adult supervision, all of which we personally experienced. ***Edited to add: Since leaving Redstone, my children are thriving. They are academically challenged, creatively stimulated, socially confident, and genuinely excited about school. They now have teachers who truly love them, see their brightness, and help it grow rather than suppress it, which was a consistent issue at Redstone, particularly with the administration. The drastic change in how our children feel about school makes it clear just how much a healthy environment matters, and how profoundly Redstone falls short. Since leaving, we’ve heard similar stories from both parents and former staff, along with reviews of the family’s previous daycare operation, that reflect the same patterns. The common threads are: favoritism, weak leadership, extreme lack of supervision or following through with any plan, a culture that hides behind Christian values it does not practice, and a troubling willingness to lie. Sending my children to Redstone is my greatest regret as a parent. I’m grateful these experiences are being brought to light so other families can make informed decisions.
Anna ReadeOct 27, 2025First off let me say that at first our experience at Redstone Children’s Academy was great however they barely gave my child a chance to acclimate into daycare (less than a week) before they approached me and said that daycare may not be for her. However, we worked through that and we had positive experiences for almost an entire year. However, we have noticed that my daughter has some sensory differences and Brooke made every assurance that they would do everything they could and I feel like at first they did. However, as the classroom started to get bigger I got more phone calls that they were having trouble and needed me to come and get her. It finally came down to having a meeting with management about dangerous behavior (jumping off furniture) (which I agree is not an appropriate behavior or something that needs to be happening) and we made a behavior plan. However, less than 3 hours after this meeting and being told that my child would have less than a month to make “significant improvements” or we would be asked to leave I come to find my child slamming her face and hands into a door, crying without the comfort items that Brooke had promised she would have access to at all times. I will say, I expressed some of my feelings about the struggles we were having to other parents (outside of the daycare setting at a private birthday party) and sought advice from a teacher (whom had had great success with my daughter and getting good responses from her) about getting private care from someone similar to her if my daughter was kicked out of the daycare. Management (Brooke) took the side of another parent and would not tell us what was said by that parent and a video (of which they could not hear the entire audio) and told me that I was causing discourse among parents and trying to poach their staff and told me that I nor my daughter were no longer welcome at their facility. We stayed here because my daughter had teachers who truly cared about her and her individual needs but I will say beware of management because they do not have the same heart for kids with differences and that they are different than they appear on the surface. 08/29/25 - A further update. After being told that my child did not belong in daycare and needed a one on one environment by management at this daycare we have found a new daycare that not only my daughter runs into every morning but was accepting of her half day program that she attends and allows us to drop off. My daughter is no longer having tantrums and is behaving better both at school and at home. Even when she doesn’t nap at the new daycare (which is rare) they aren’t having to call me nor have I shown up to my child being locked away because she was “misbehaving”. When your child’s behavior changes overnight and she settles into a new daycare with no acclimation period at all it’s pretty clear that the child wasn’t the problem but the program where she was at before. My review stands true to the experience we had at this daycare and my daughters turn around since being at a new daycare proves that even just one negative management person can change how a child feels very quickly.
Mckayla SnowJul 27, 2025I cannot say enough good things about Redstone. It truly feels like a family. This is our second daycare, and the difference is night and day. They are not just babysitting; they are loving on and teaching each baby and child with individual care and attention. They constantly send updates and pictures throughout the day and keep parents informed with the activities they are doing. I am so impressed and thankful that we found RCA! Each day I had a very hard time sending my baby to daycare the first time around- but now I feel completely at ease and I know he is happy and well taken care of. RCA is a very special place.
