Would give a zero review if I could. This place rips off young parents. If you decide you don’t like the neglect they give your child and fire them they will take you to court for days they haven’t even watched your child. If I’m paying $200 a week you better be taking care of my child.
Wholeass BartenderAug 25, 2025I loved the fact they had an app for seeing your kid through out the day until they send me pictures of others kids constantly and not my child. My child would be released with a dirty diaper and a crusty face every time I picked her up and on top of that I noticed that the bigger kids (ages 6-whatever) were able to be in whatever classroom they wanted to. As in, there was no structure. My baby continued being sick as in a snotty nose and mild cough until the day we left this daycare. Our new day care, my child comes home clean and not sick at all. I would not suggest this place in. Regards of what I have said and including the fact that they are trying to charge me two weeks of tuition on days my child had never attended. & also keep in mind that they will charge you but continue to charge you after they send you child home.
Aydie TerrellJul 29, 2025Where can i start my son Jordan been at Renee's kids world since he's been 5 months old. From day one they've been nothing but amazing when it comes to my son. When I leave Jordan with them every day, I know he's safe and cared about, and I can't tell them enough how much it means to me.The best decision I made was sending my son to Renee's Kids World. A very loving and nurturing environment. Management and staff treated us like family.
Nicole FrazierApr 8, 2025One thing I liked about the daycare is that it smelled clean; owner is very sweet along with the director but I will say this…..I believe if maybe the owner had eyes on the infant room teachers, maybe the rating would be different..I do believe owner cares about the infants but people working the infant room do not..This has been the worst experience I have ever seen in caring for children such as my 3 month old baby. Every time I went to check on my child I saw ms Johnson on the phone with other individuals ignoring crying babies. If your babies are attending, they are being fed bottles not by hand; rather a pillow or blanket to hold It for them. I saw teacher picking bottles from these unattended babies half way full. Reason for your babies for coming home with milk soaked clothes like my baby. I visited daily on different times to see if there were anything else I needed to see, the more I observed the worse my anxiety kicked in. Teacher allowed babies to cry over 30 min/ from moment I got there till moment I left. If it was being done to other babies believe me it was being done to mine. When I would pick her up, she was teary and trying to catch her breath from crying so much. Bottles were sent to me most of the time full and I was turned to a baby that was starving when I picked her up. Many times room lights were turned off, to make babies to go to sleep, from 11-1:30 at different times I went, same story. Babies screening and crying and teacher no caring one bit but to talk to friend/ gossip over phone. I was sick to my stomach, removed my baby and reported . Supposedly there are 3 different things they are being Cited by “ Bright from the start”.. don’t trust them. The owner is very sweet and sounded like a caring woman, though after making a complaint, she advised things would be changed bc they do not tolerate behaviors of teachers not caring for the infants; my baby continued to be given to me at pickup exhausted from crying and hungry. Her eyes, body language told me she was suffering. the director seemed friendly and I spoke about my concerns and why I would remove my baby. The problem is staff is not being watched to make sure babies are being treated, cared or provide a safe environment for those babies. At times I would find 10 babies for 1 teacher..I really hope the babies there will be ok, or parents find a different care . Because I saw so much. There was one little white baby girl who started around the same time as mine; that baby cried so many times and just ignored. I attempted to give Binky, but I felt hopeless. so sickening
Imelda AcevedoFeb 21, 2024This daycare is the best one I’ve been to so far. I was at a peace of mind about leaving my daughter here. The staff is sooooo nice, helpful, and respectful. They really care about the kids. Every time I go there, the school smells clean because they are always keeping it clean. The safety is A1. My daughter loves the school. Her teacher is Ms. Parker and she is the best she really treat the babies as if they were her own. I’m thankful for this place.
Ashley ThomasSep 8, 2023Ms.Rene is an awesome person but that doesn't speak to my child's experience there. The staff is rude and abrasive. There is favoritism toward the children. My son was almost always filthy by the time I came to pick him up. I even had to tell the staff to tell his teacher give him a napkin after he eats. No parent teacher communication. The class dojo app is a joke. And I honestly feel like my son has regressed since his attendance No learning going on. This facility feels like it's more about making money then it is making a positive impact in our children's lives. Just a cash cow. Your child will hardly be cared for or nurtured here. I can honestly count on one hand how many times a staff member said good morning or good bye to my son. My son was not happy in the two to three month's he was there and it seems I pulled him out before any trauma set in.
