DO NOT BRING YOUR KID HERE. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. Belinda’s behavior and attitude are absolutely not suited for being around children. The way she interacts could easily upset or discourage kids, especially the younger ones who are sensitive to tone and energy. I truly worry about the impact she could have on them. In my opinion, she is not a good fit for this kind of environment, and I would strongly advise parents to look elsewhere.
Krystal WoodyOct 24, 2025This place deserves no stars.Ms. Tam and the old lady in the office have nasty attitudes and are very rude. Just like other reviewers mentioned. When I enrolled my child they told me that if he needed medication daily that they could not enroll him. That’s discrimination . Mr. Tam & the old lady in the front office talk about the kids and parents in front of other kids and parents. Ms.Tan and the old lady in the front office purposely kept calling my child the wrong name saying that’s what I put on the application. I know MY child’s name. After I told her I have screen shots of the application she stood there dumb founded. Ms.Tam pushed my child in my presence then had the nerve to lie and say she didn’t. Ms.Tan also grabs on the children and tells them to shut up. Ms. Tam was handed cup cakes for my child’s party and had the nerve to tell my child’s teacher and my child that he did not bring the cup cakes another child did which was probably Ms. Tan’s son. The owner tried to threaten me by saying daycares talk about the kids to other daycares. Lady tell who you want a lie. But make sure you tell how your daycare is not run right and you allow teachers to put hands on the kids. The owner told me it was ok for the teachers to put hands on the kids and to hit them on the bottom. Ms. Tam had a baby sitting on the sign in table in arms reach of a sharp pencil. I literally had to move the pencil. I toured the center when kids were still there and the pool area was not locked. I asked the old lady in the office if she was the one I spoke to on the phone today and she replied “I was not here today”.(If she was not there today then how was I talking to her face to face at that moment.) A lie don’t care who tell it. I knew it was her but wanted to see her response. This day care needs to be shut down. Ms. Virginia was the only teacher my son liked.
The Right OneJul 30, 2024My son has been attending here since he was two and Ms. Beverly and the staff have become family to us! Through every milestone, achievement, and challenge they have been by our side, supporting us through it. My son has met so many great friends here and I have found support in the teachers and parent community throughout the years. I love that my son is exposed to many different, diverse holidays and celebrations, and has the ability to participate in sports, dance and make art….Overall we love this place and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to be in my son’s life!!
Sarita EvansMay 21, 2024My daughter had been attending this daycare since she was 3 months. I called every daycare in the city and they were the only ones that had spots and that was professional. Mrs Beverly and her staff have bern more than generous to my family. They are understanding and caring. My daughter is currently undergoing radiation and the daycare has been there since she was first diagnosed with brain cancer. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. God bless
ShawneaMay 13, 2024This is a very family oriented daycare. They have been taking care of my kids for the last 15 years and I’m glad I chose them. They always communicated with me and issues with my kids and the hours are great!!!
Daneka SmithMay 5, 2024Rex childcare is one of the best childcare facilities my children have attended. My son learns new material weekly. They are very professional, organized, supportive, and caring. The teachers communicate effectively and management set great examples. I could have not chosen a better learning environment for my children.

Is Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center holds Georgia record CCLC-339, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Clayton County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center 1 star, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Rex Childcare & Early Learning Center's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
