Rock Solid played a vital role in our daughter developing from a frustrated and angry kid to a compassionate and driven young lady. This studio is like a family and will keep your kids wanting to go and be their best selves. Thank you Rock Solid!
Toni Beth VasquezMay 28, 2026Our girl has learned so much here! Staff are great with the kids, and she absolutely loves her "Sensei" So much to learn here other than karate. Self-control, Focus, discipline and more! Definitely recommend!
Brittany DavenportOct 9, 2025Rock solid karate is a great place to train for all ages! Their prices are fair, their instructors are professional and very talented, the students are very competitive yet humble. The train all ages children to adult. No matter who you are, they treat you like family!
Nick LampasonaAug 13, 2025Rock Solid Karate is a place where students are empowered to grow in every dimension: mind, body, and spirit. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the genuine care and dedication the instructors have not only for their students, but for their families as well. It’s a community built on respect, encouragement, and personal growth. What sets Rock Solid Karate apart is their holistic approach to teaching. Yes, students learn effective self-defense techniques, but they also gain invaluable life skills—discipline, confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. The instructors are deeply committed to helping each student thrive, tailoring their guidance to meet individual needs and celebrating every milestone along the way. Whether you’re looking to build physical strength, sharpen mental focus, or cultivate inner peace, Rock Solid Karate provides the tools and support to help you succeed. It’s a place where character is built, friendships are formed, and every student is seen, heard, and valued. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a martial arts school that truly lives up to its name—Rock Solid in every way!
Tashika OrtizAug 12, 2025Rock solid is amazing. I love what they do there with the kids. It’s a great environment if you really love Karate. It’s fun and family friendly. I love the instructors on how they take care of the kids and how they run their school. Awesome place to be.
Jose OrtizAug 12, 2025Pros: - My kids have lots of fun, and they’re always excited to go. - They often play new games that help with physical skills and balance. - The owner and teachers do a great job with the children. They are knowledgeable and have helpers with larger groups of children. - They encourage kids to get excited by giving them rewards. Example: to get their first white belt, they have to complete 5 respectful activities. - They give kids feedback so that they can improve. Cons: - Classes are immediately after each other, so there’s a stampede of kids going in and out and no real chance to speak to trainers about your kid’s performance other than a call later on. - There’s usually a tv on in a room visible from the main space. I’m not fond of the garbage in most kid shows today and don’t own a TV for this reason. It seems a bit contradictory to place a TV in a space meant for fostering discipline, but overall it’s a wonderful place. This is just a personal dislike for me. My kids love it here, and the fact that they’re excited to go makes it more likely they’ll continue to learn.

Questions parents ask about Rock Solid Karate
Is Rock Solid Karate a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Rock Solid Karate holds Georgia record EX-42295, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Hall County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
Why is Rock Solid Karate exempt from licensing in Georgia?
- Georgia records Rock Solid Karate under the "Day Camp and School Breaks" exemption. An exempt programme is not licensed by the state and is not held to the same standards as a licensed centre or home, so ask the provider directly what oversight it does operate under.
What is Rock Solid Karate's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia publishes no Quality Rated star rating for Rock Solid Karate. Participation is voluntary, so a provider without a rating has not been assessed under the programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
Does this page show inspection results for Rock Solid Karate?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Rock Solid Karate's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
