On April 3, 2025, our 5-month-old daughter, who was a student at the school, was only given 2 out of her 4 bottles while in their care. She went hours without being fed, which is completely unacceptable for any infant. What makes this worse is that when my wife—who worked at the center—asked about it, the teacher, Ms. Dana, lied and said our daughter had been fed when she hadn’t. There was no communication, no note, and no honesty. Just a hungry, upset baby after being neglected for hours. Feeding an infant is a basic responsibility. Lying about it is inexcusable. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time our daughter was failed by the center. We had brought several concerns to the director’s attention before, and despite their claims of prioritizing families, our concerns were never truly addressed. The trust we placed in this center has been completely broken.
Zachary CarverApr 8, 2025I strongly advise against choosing this facility if you prioritize a safe environment for your child. My child was bitten five times within a month, and no effective solutions were provided. The staff suggested waiting until the situation "worsened" before taking any meaningful action.
Yoselin TrejoSep 4, 2024I absolutely love Rollins. My oldest son just graduated from Kindergarten and Ms.Sibrena and Mrs.Ali were the BEST! My son flourished during his time in their class. My youngest son now attends Rollins, and it brings me so much joy that I get to relive the Rollins experience all over again. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and nurturing, it truly feels like home away from home for the students and parents. I'm so grateful for everything and everyone involved.
Jazmine WoodruffJul 31, 2024This place is wonderful. Three teachers and office staff becomes like a second family. They truly care for your children. (Grands)
cheryl abbottMay 1, 2024We love Rollins for our son! He has learned so much, talking more, and expanding his taste buds. The whole staff from teachers, the front desk, to the kitchen staff is dedicated to helping in anyway. Highly recommend and by far the best childcare in Cartersville!
Chelsea TownsendFeb 9, 2024School comes across as loving and caring until something happens and your child is hurt at the hands and another student and the school sides with the troubled family instead of protecting the other. While the parents try to come to a solution in protecting their child all suggestions are shot down.
