  • Honestly me and my family have moved past it because it happened so long ago and COVID happened so nothing ever came of it except that CPS had to come talk to us as if we were the problem. I have had 2 sisters attend this location and my set of twins went there as well. The first 3/4 years were fine. Ms Melanie/Melody was perfect and our entire family has had a relationship with her for years prior to the incident. My daughter was accosted by one of the teachers and it's so old I don't remember that evil woman's name but in doing so my daughter chipped her tooth. When we went to deal with the situation we found out none of the cameras work and of course the woman denied any wrong doing. CPS ended up coming to talk to us which pissed us off and nothing ever happened. Then COVID happened so they were taken out of school altogether and they went on to kindergarten the following year. Due to me being on part and the director knowing me from the day of my release when my mother brought me with my sister who attended, we had to have a post meeting of just us two because she knew I was prepared to take matters in my own hands and begged me to not do anything to the woman that jacked my daughter up by her shirt..... Like I said. We had moved past it until I just saw these reviews and feel like it's the same lady yoking children up

  • I so used to love this school as I have been associated with them since 2015-2016. I’ve had 3 children to come through this school and never had any problems until last year with my last baby!! My previous 2 children went through the entire program, from the baby side all the way to PreK and never attended a summer session, at all!! My family is one that is not home during the summer or my children goes away for the summer to stay with relatives. It wasn’t hntil last year that my baby was disenrolled due to ‘attendance’ during THE SUMMER!!! I had to go the the enrollment process yet again to get her back in school. Fast forward to this past summer, I made sure to communicate and let them know ahead of time that she would be away for the summer and ask what can be done. Nothing was ever said. My baby was disenrolled with no notice. I had to follow up with them to be told she had been disenrolled and placed on the waiting list because there was no more vacancies!!! I’m not sure what has happened over the years but this is the first that I’ve dealt with this and my child being penalized for not coming DURING THE SUMMER!!!!! I wasn’t given the common courtesy to know she was disenrolled and there was no talking or seeing what else could be done because this was advised months ago that they would be away, why should I have had to be waitlisted?

  • After getting sick for 6 months at this daycare. I took my son out! Couldn’t even last 2 days without getting sick. Would flare up his asthma and they were giving him his pump as they should if he was wheezing or coughing…wasn’t following his Asthma Action Plan. Loved Mrs Martinez, she was great with the kids could tell she’s been teaching infants for a while. Ms Beatrice, she was ok; let’s just say could tell this was her first year in this age group. Overall everyone was nice just felt like they could improve on sanitizing & sick exclusion policy was being followed.

  • The school is awesome and amazing. The administrator's and teachers are friendly and very professional. The administrator/ teachers greet every parent: Good Morning and calls each child by name. You feel like you are apart of a family the time you walk in the door. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for loving professional quality education for their children

  • I do not recommend this location. The school is still working on recovering from COVID. My experience was horrible from the beginning to the end. Ms. Ebony is horrible she doesn’t have a nurturing bone in her body. She’s very rude and disrespectful. The excuse that is given is it's her accent. My child didn’t learn anything. Not an alphabet, not a sound, not a thing. The only thing that our child mastered was nap time. I observed Ms.Ebony walking the halls conversing with the other teachers while dragging or rolling the kids behind her on three different occasions within a week. On another occasion I witnessed her working on her laptop while she was supposedly watching the kids. The moral of this story if you are blessed to be assigned another teacher you may have a better experience. I received feedback from other parents and as long as you’re not on this hallway you will have a better experience. The director is nice and stern she handles business with the limited resources she has. Good luck to you!
