  • I should have known from the initial encounter that I was going to have issues with getting my daughter enrolled for the summer. I had a tour set up for 4pm on May 8th. When I arrived, I was left standing at the door until somebody decided they wanted to open it for me. Then, there was no knowledge of the tour I was supposed to have. I guess when you book it through the website, it doesn't notify them. I was able to complete the tour and the center was actually a good one. I liked the activities they had, the reading corner (mandatory 20 minute reading daily) and the field trips that they embarked on. I was sold. After the tour, I was told I would receive an email to secure my daughters spot etc. That email never came. I called again to inquire about it and was assured that it would go out the same day. Once again, it never came. My phone calls were going unanswered and I should have moved on but because my daughter really loved the center, I was giving it more chances than I should have. I went to the center yesterday to see what is going on because now it's been about 3 weeks with no communication . I once again am waiting for someone to come to the front. I explain what's going on, they do apologize and then I am once again assured that the link will be sent by 9 am, and I'll receive a phone call to confirm I got it and then hopefully we can get my daughter in. IT NEVER CAME. The lack of communication is TERRIBLE for those wanting to enroll their kid. They are unorganized or maybe they just did not want to enroll my daughter but it was a terrible experience. The amount of times I had to reach out is truly sad and I am very disappointed. KinderCare is supposed to be a great company but the ones in charge here are obviously not doing their jobs correctly. I honestly would be a bit scared to send my kid here and allow them to go on field trips because if they can't even do simple tasks such as enrollment, how can they make sure your kid will be safe off premises?

  • My child haven't been here for a month yet & the staff treats my 2 year old like she been there forever. Ms.Q & Ms.Fields is my child teacher & they go above & beyond for my daughter & treats her like she's one of theirs. They are very understanding & patient. My daughter instantly clicked with them since day one. We love them down!

  • We’ve been at KinderCare South Fulton for about a month now and it has completely shifted the way our daughter looks at school. Mornings used to be tough, but now she wakes up and she’s happy and excited to go to school. Ms Q is an incredible teacher. She eliminates any opaqueness by posting pictures and videos to the app all day long. Her teaching style, her creativity, and her parent communication is top tier. I’ve truly been impressed. Everyday our daughter comes home and is able to communicate a list of things she’s learned that day. The rest of the staff has been great too. Mr. Deion, the director, is wonderful, as well as Ms. Sims. The location itself is always clean with big classrooms on the inside, and great play spaces outdoors.

  • I hate to leave a review but only because leaving your child in other’s care is already difficult. Price is reasonable but It was honestly a mess from the start of registration and i shouldve took that as a sign. I was basically doing all the leg work and repetitively reaching out and driving all the way there to get things rectified because no one answers the phone and the manager didnt respond to text. Speaking for the infant room, I had a few concerns. This is a no shoe room but I witnessed first hand two teachers walking with their shoes on and another parent. I noticed sugar ants in the toy bin area where all the babies sit. The bottles sit out all day on the counter instead of being refrigerated until use. I know because the same labeled bottle I brought is warm on the counter unused. There were multiple times of my child being given food that I wasn’t notified of through the app which is reason for concern because if anything happened or if there is a reaction i can pinpoint a possible problem. Id only find out because i happened to be picking up or she had a little mess on her clothes and an explanation was given. (Sidebar: not sure if it just gets too busy at times but the app would be updated way after ive picked my child up and out of order, i would see a nap or food update from 10am after a 1pm snack) And it doesnt appear to be organized as other centers ive visited. The babies stuff are all thrown together and no individual cubbies or area. Dad has brought another babies blanket home after it was given to him. Ive also watched another baby’s item be given to the wrong parent and the parent corrected it. I know this is an infant room but there didnt seem to be much enrichment or activity. Lastly the administrative staff was not organized and had to be told the same thing more than once to get something updated or corrected.

  • This is my baby’s first daycare ever but me & my husband definitely picked a fantastic one! The entire staff is so nice and attentive and send thorough updates throughout each day. My baby loves all his teachers (both Ms. Fields, Ms.Q & Ms. Taylor) they do a phenomenal job taking care of him and he’s always so excited to go to school. They’ve taught him so much and he hasn’t even been there two months yet. The director Mr. Deion makes sure everything is executed perfectly and is always very quick & helpful if i had any questions on anything. 10/10

  • My child started attending this daycare around November, and ever since then I’ve seen nothing but growth and progress. At his previous daycare he would cry every single morning at drop-off, but now he happily says “bye” to me — and that alone tells me everything I need to know. His teachers make him feel safe, loved, and comfortable. The communication is amazing, and I’m always informed about how he’s doing throughout the day. He’s been exceeding in so many areas since joining, and I can truly see the difference this environment has made for him. I’m extremely thankful for this daycare and the staff. It’s a great school overall, and I’m so glad my child is here. Highly recommend!

Questions parents ask about South Fulton KinderCare

Is South Fulton KinderCare a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

South Fulton KinderCare holds Georgia record CCLC-67181, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Fulton County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is South Fulton KinderCare's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates South Fulton KinderCare 3 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does South Fulton KinderCare offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists South Fulton KinderCare as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for South Fulton KinderCare?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects South Fulton KinderCare's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
