  • My son graduated Pre-K today at St. Andrew’s School. I highly recommend this school, the teachers are simply amazing. My son has grown tremendously since being at this school and it can only be attributed to the love, care, patience and dedication of his superb teachers . SAS will always hold a special place in my heart.

  • Choosing a school for our children is never easy, but we have had a long and positive relationship with St. Andrews. My nine-year-old attended before COVID, and my four-year-old has been there since he was two. The school offers several benefits for families: - Value: Tuition is very reasonably priced and includes snacks and lunch. - Facilities: The school is clean and well-structured, featuring a large playground where the children spend quality time. - Schedule: After-care is available until 6:00 PM. Additionally, the school does not follow the Dekalb calendar, meaning fewer days off—which is a significant advantage for working parents. - Food: snacks and lunch are part of tuition. - Programs: They have recently started offering the Georgia Pre-K program, which is a wonderful resource for local families. Most importantly, my son has an IEP, and the school is navigating this wonderfully. I truly feel that he is loved and well-supported.

  • My son is thoroughly enjoying his time in the Pre-K program at St. Andrew's! We've noticed a significant improvement since August. Huge thanks to Ms. Baker and Mr. T for the amazing job they do—it's so reassuring to know my son is in such a caring and nurturing environment while he learns. I highly recommend St. Andrew's!

  • St. Andrew’s has great teachers and a sense of community with the families. We use the daycare and aftercare and have been happy with both. Our kids are learning and having so much fun daily. They even have different programs throughout the day like soccer and dance that the kids can participate in. It’s a great price for the level of care and a great location.

  • If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quality preschool that encourages plenty of outdoor play, this place is a very good option. We sent our kid and still do, they offer preschool through prek4, and after school care. We credit the current director and teachers for our child's love of learning. We've heard negative things way back in the day, but they had a change of management and administration and things are going very well since beginning of 2025 to this day.

  • We sent our child for preschool in the past and send for after care now. Don't believe anybody who sent their kids before 2025. After new management was put in place beginning 2025, we are VERY pleased with the preschool. They got rid of the very bad previous administrators and teachers. The current teachers are top notch and they send the kids out to play outside a lot, even more than public schools. We highly recommend ecommend this place for your childcare needs!

Questions parents ask about St. Andrews Preschool

Is St. Andrews Preschool a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

St. Andrews Preschool holds Georgia record CCLC-1822, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Dekalb County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is St. Andrews Preschool's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia publishes no Quality Rated star rating for St. Andrews Preschool. Participation is voluntary, so a provider without a rating has not been assessed under the programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.

Does St. Andrews Preschool offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists St. Andrews Preschool as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for St. Andrews Preschool?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects St. Andrews Preschool's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
