I can not recommend this place enough! From the minute you walk in it’s clean, the employees are friendly and genuine and it’s warm and welcoming. They all seem like working with children is their calling not just a job. The communication is great and I feel at peace knowing my baby girl is safe and properly cared for while we’re at work. The family who runs the center are the best type of people. If you’re looking for a daycare it’s worth the drive, the cost, and the peace of mind. We are so grateful for every person at SMELA!
Ashley BerumenAug 3, 2026I was a SAHM for almost 3 years so the thought of daycare really terrified me. How my children are treated is always on my mind. Hearing stories from other families or just scrolling through social media and seeing another scary experience at a daycare was really discouraging. I took the time to do my research and booked tours before I made a decision on child care for my son. Fast forward to now, I think I made the right decision. The little things I see when I drop him off or pick him up confirms it each time. Like when I've dropped him off and he reached for his teacher, or when he doesn't notice me at the door yet and I see him laughing and playing with friends. The biggest reassuring factors are being able to be notified through the school's app on what he is doing and also being able to call whenever I want. My youngest son will be starting soon and we are excited. Thank you SMELA.

Not only are they super welcoming, hospitable, and kind, but they truly look after the well being of your children while you are at work, busy, or whatever it may be. Keeping them engaged with activities, snacks, full meals, and anything to keep their young minds thriving. They communicate very clear, concise, and as much as they can updating the app with photos and just updates of how your children are doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a daycare/childcare facility. The staff have the kids best interest at heart.
