Star Bright Early Learning Academy Conyers LCC

This daycare discriminates against children with disabilities. They have no professionalism whatsoever. Photo below is a picture of them fully covering my autistic niece during naptime. Which should never be acceptable. Proceed with caution!

StarBright Learning Academy has been the most amazing blessing for us. We were desperate to find a center for my son who was about 15 months when we started. We looked at other facilities, but just didn’t feel comfortable with the environment. I almost gave up, but recalled seeing StarBright and decided to give them a call. From the first interaction, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Courtney were loving and supportive to my child and his parents. We felt confident in our child’s safety, growth, education and emotional wellbeing at StarBright. This was paramount, as he was diagnosed with being on the spectrum. The team at StarBright challenged my child and took his learning and growth very seriously. I know he is loved there by the leaders and staff. I’ll forever be grateful to our Starbright family.

Called me everyday demanding I bring in things in for my child, I’ve had bottles and pacifiers gone missing here, the diapers I bought and brought in were used for other children. When I finally had enough was when I was charged $10 for being 6 minutes late, which I agreed to pay by when I went to pay it they charged me a $25 payment for being one day late so I messaged letting them know that I will not be paying $35 for being six minutes late, first off my car wouldn’t start which was why I was late. Afterwards she told me that they won’t give me my son’s belongings unless I pay the $35. I told them they can keep it. My child hated it there anyway. And the owner only cares about money. Me and my husband have had numerous encounters with her where she’s gotten an attitude with us. They also made me out pants on my son in 80 and 90 degree weather. I’ll be using the $35 for his new daycare bc that’s how much the registration fee is. Most unprofessional daycare I’ve had to deal with.

My child has been going to Starbright Learning Academy since he was 12 months old. In 2020, right when COVID-19 started, I had my son, and the plan was for us to get an in-home Nanny or provider, but once COVID-19 arrived, we had to detour from our plans, and our son spent his first year at home. We found Star Bright suitable as things began to open back up. When I say Mrs. Jackie was a lifesaver, it made me feel comfortable leaving my child at school. The administrators and the staff are good with the students. He has learned so much and is now ready to go into pre-k ahead of the game. I would highly recommend Star Bright for your childcare needs.

Love the staff ! Always friendly and really care for the children. The classrooms are always clean and neat. We recommend Star Bright Learning Academy to anyone seeking a clean, supportive, learning environment for their young children.
