Storybrook has been amazing with my daughter. The staff are all amazing and my kid is always talking about how much she likes it there.
Jordan LayfieldJul 23, 2026My kids have been attending Storybrook in Jefferson for a couple years now and we love it here. The staff are so awesome and great with my kids. During the summer and winter breaks Storybrook brings the kids on the best field trips in which my kids have always had a blast. I highly recommend Storybrook Academy of Jefferson. 😊
Felicia StillwellJul 20, 2026I had a very disappointing experience with Storybrook Academy, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations I had for my child's care and development. From the beginning, the environment felt unwelcoming and the staff, while outwardly friendly, appeared disengaged and insincere. The atmosphere was not conducive to fostering growth or enrichment for children, which ultimately led to our decision to withdraw. We were also concerned by the inconsistent application of policies and procedures, which seemed to change without clear communication or justification. Despite raising our concerns several times, we did not receive a meaningful response or see any immediate action taken to address them. I had hoped for a nurturing and supportive environment for my son, but unfortunately, that was not our experience at Storybrook Academy. Based on our time there, I cannot recommend this daycare. If this facility is your first choice or only option, I suggest continuing your search elsewhere.
Shakia JonesDec 28, 2024Storybrook Academy of Jefferson has been nothing but a blessing to my daughter and our family. They have been welcoming and inviting from the start. They love my baby deeply and she loves them. The facility is beyond clean and organized. There is structure in the day, the food looks and smells delicious and most of all there is love flowing inside and outside that building. This is our 3rd daycare and we have nothing but gratitude and respect for every single person that helps care for our baby!
