The Academy of Little Learners

My children absolutely love this daycare. My family and I are so grateful for the peace of mind we have knowing they are in the care of Ms. Cassandra and her loving staff. The level of care, attention, and compassion they provide is truly outstanding. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars!

We’re so grateful for The Academy of Little Learners Inc.! The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and they truly create a loving, supportive environment with such a strong sense of community. Both of my kids went there, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Cassandra the director, Sharon the assistant director, and Miss Keekee your dedication and love made such a difference. They helped our kids grow, learn, and build confidence in such a fun and nurturing way. We’ll always be thankful for the care and attention The Academy of Little Learners gave our kids!

I would not recommend this daycare. My sister was referred here and was genuinely excited to enroll my nephew. However, he had a rash prior to coming here and my sister talked to the owner to make sure they were putting enough on his bottom because it didn’t seem like it. simply asking if ointment had been applied properly, the response was surprisingly defensive. The owner mentioned, “I wish I had cameras in here so you could see, I’ve been doing this for 20 years.”That alone was concerning why aren’t there cameras in every room for transparency and peace of mind? Shortly after, my nephew was unenrolled from the daycare entirely not by HER but by the OWNER with the explanation that the owner didn’t want her staff “walking on eggshells.” All because she asked a question which is crazy to me It really seems like any form of concern or feedback from a parent is not welcome here. My sister was polite and simply advocating for her child’s well-being. If expressing concern about your child leads to being dismissed, that raises serious red flags. Parents deserve open, respectful communication not retaliation for asking questions.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this daycare handled a very basic and reasonable request regarding my child’s care. My child developed a diaper rash, and I simply asked the staff to ensure they were applying Desitin during diaper changes which is a common and simple solution that most caregivers are familiar with. Instead of working with me to address this concern and prioritize my child’s comfort, they chose to stop caring for him altogether. This response was not only unprofessional, but also deeply concerning. As a parent, I expect communication, compassion, and a willingness to support my child’s health and well-being. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite here. If you're looking for a daycare that will partner with you in caring for your child.. especially when it comes to basic needs , I suggest looking elsewhere.

I am so thankful for the amazing care my granddaughter (The Diva D. Moore) received at The Academy of Little Learners. From the very first day, the staff welcomed her with open arms and made her feel right at home. It gave us a peace of mind knowing she was in such a safe, loving, and fun environment every day. The provider and teachers are not just a babysitters they are educators and they got to know her way of learning and encouraged her. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at The Academy of Little Learners for not only caring for her but for making her feel special and loved. You’ve given our family wonderful memories and such comfort knowing she was in the best hands. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely cares for each child as if they were their own. They create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can be comfortable, learn, grow, and feel loved. I’m so grateful for the communication from the teachers and the way they took the time to understand my granddaughter's needs and her personality. Thank you to everyone at The Academy of Little Learners for giving her such a positive and enriching experience. I know she will make you proud as she is off to start her new journey in PreK. We will never forget you all, we are FAMILY!!!! :)
