My son has been attending The Edge since he was in the infant classroom, and we’ve had such a great experience. The staff is amazing—from Ms. Mitzi and Ms. Shonda at the front desk to his teacher Ms. Marie and the other teacher aids in the classrooms. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about all the children and their safety and development. Recently the teachers helped my baby learn to walk, which was such a special milestone for our family. They’re always communicative and supportive, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands every day. We truly appreciate everything they do!

First impressions matter, especially in a school environment where parents are trusting others with their children. The front desk representative, Mitzi, could work on her professionalism and overall approach when communicating with parents. The tone and delivery at times felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which can easily discourage families who are genuinely interested in enrolling. A warm and helpful attitude at the front desk makes a significant difference in how a school is perceived. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed, as the school itself seems to have a lot of potential.
Raven McmathMar 2, 2026My wife and I had a bad experience at this daycare. In just five days, there were two alarming incidents involving our three-month-old son. First, we discovered that they had placed him in a highchair, even though he wasn't eating solids. We only found out because I left work early and visited the daycare unexpectedly. That following Monday (his first day back in the center), we saw a picture on the daycare app showing our son sleeping on his stomach, which is extremely dangerous for infants. We immediately contacted the daycare to correct the situation, but later that day, another video showed him lying uncomfortably on the floor on a breastfeeding pillow. We immediately removed our son from the daycare and did not receive a refund for the tuition or deposit.
