Elaine Clark is an amazing facility for children with special needs. My daughter has been attending the center for 4 years and at this point the staff feels like family. The staff is attentive and there is no doubt that they truly care. It's such a pleasure to drop off my child knowing how excited she is to attend the program and have the ability to trust Beth and her team. You can't find that everywhere. Mr. Ozzy, Ms. P and Ms. Anastasia and even Chef Brian do an awesome job of keeping a smile on my kiddos face. Thank you team!

The staff is a special group of individuals that go above and beyond to ensure that the participants are treated with love, compassion and respect. ECC is an invaluable part of Chamblee and Dekalb County. It deserves more support and recognition.
Rick InskeepNov 21, 2025We love the Elaine Clark Center! The staff is so caring and attentive — you can tell they really love/care about what they do. Our daughter has thrived here and looks forward to going. Her main teacher, Ms. Rachel, is especially wonderful — she’s kind, patient, and our daughter adores her. The classrooms and play areas are always clean, which gives us so much peace of mind. We’re grateful to have found such a great daycare for our little one.
Colin NeubauerOct 7, 2025Elaine Clark Center is an exceptional school and provides an incredible community for the families that attend. While my daughter benefits from being “typical” we love that she shares an inclusive space with students of all different abilities. We found the infant room absolutely amazing and sparkling clean with a teacher who genuinely cares for her students and nurtures them in a way she would her own children. My daughter is always happy to enter the school in the morning and actively reaches for her teachers when she sees them. The small class size provides for fantastic care for the students and allows the teachers to meet the needs of all of them. I was very hesitant to send my daughter to daycare but found immense comfort in the infant teacher which gave me the ability to confidently return to work knowing my daughter would be given the best care. My concerns, thought few, have always been addressed and my family feels blessed to have found ECC. If you’re looking for small class size and a staff that genuinely cares, ECC is likely the place for you.
