  • The Frazer Center provides a high standard of care for the children and adults in their care. The mission is inclusion, and that can be seen in everything they do. The school is a community where parents and kids feel connected and spend time together even outside of school. It’s on 39 acres of old growth forest in the city providing daily opportunities to be in nature. Highly recommend.

  • My son has attended the Frazer Center for four years and I cannot say enough about the amazing teachers and staff. While there has been some transition with staff - as most daycare centers experience, the teachers who support the children most, have helped my son grow with not just care and attention but also with fun exciting ways to learn. Their attention to inclusion and outdoor learning was a huge reason for us wanting to attend Frazer. We have been so grateful to Ms. Tamica who is so loving with the kids, Ms. Gigi, who has been at Frazer for decades, is so patient and a true pro with the littles. Ms. Tess is an AMAZING educator and we were thrilled our son was in her class for PreK! She meets the kids where they are and my son says his favorite part of the day is "morning work!" He excels at reading and loves to write and draw because of the education he received and is Kinder ready! Ms. Kristine's energy is the best and the kids have so much fun with her. I also have to plug the parent community - I have met lifetime friends within the Frazer community. I am so so grateful as I reflect on our time at Frazer and highly recommend this daycare learning center to families looking for childcare - or summer camp.

  • I would like to thank Miss Ashley for everything she does for us. She taught us the CDA classes with great dedication. She is a very good teacher, always patient. She may seem strict, but deep down she is really kind. Everything she does is to help us understand our lessons well and do our work successfully. Anyway, my experience is that since I started this course, I have learned a lot about how to be with children, how to be a good teacher for them, and how to work professionally.

  • I truly admire all the staff at Frazer Center for their dedication and support. I am currently attending the CDA class at Frazer Centre, and Ms. Ashley Ledesma has been a wonderful teacher and mentor. She teaches with so much passion and is always willing to help and guide us. She goes the extra mile to make sure we understand, from helping us build our binders to sharing any resources that will benefit us. She is not only strong and knowledgeable but also kind and caring. I truly appreciate her support and dedication.

  • We are absolutely thrilled with Frazer for our two young children! Even after just two months, we've seen them thrive, and they truly light up when they go to school. Our kids adore their teachers. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Ms. Kennitra, Ms. Hadia, Mr. Lett, and Ms. Nikki—they are all wonderful, kind, and nurturing, and we are so thankful for them. The entire staff is also consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend Frazer to any family looking for a caring and engaging program!

  • We are so grateful for Violet’s teachers at Frazer Center and the care they bring each day. As first-time parents navigating daycare for the first time, their warmth and presence have made all the difference! We could not have asked for a better experience with Ms. Karimata, Ms. Sharon & Ms. Lakeisha in Little Cloud. Ms. Karimata always greets us with a sense of calm and grace. We can’t imagine how tough her job must be, yet she makes it look effortless, handling everything with such ease. Her presence sets such a reassuring tone for both Violet and us! Ms. Sharon shows such genuine love for our daughter that we truly feel cared for as a family. Knowing Violet is in her hands gives us tremendous peace of mind. Ms. Lakeisha greets us with a smile every single day, bringing joy and positivity into the classroom. + The newest addition to Little Cloud as of Fall 2025 is the amazing Ms. Lateaka. Her energy & presence has been such a wonderful addition to the stellar team of teachers. From fun art projects to holiday party game planning…she brings so much creativity & light into the classroom! Seeing how Violet lights up when her teachers enter the room is absolutely priceless as parents & made the transition to daycare so much easier. We could not ask for a more loving and supportive environment for her first daycare experience.

Questions parents ask about The Frazer Center

Is The Frazer Center a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

The Frazer Center holds Georgia record CCLC-115, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Dekalb County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is The Frazer Center's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates The Frazer Center 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does The Frazer Center offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists The Frazer Center as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for The Frazer Center?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects The Frazer Center's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
