  • If you want highly qualified, dedicated teachers for your kids, this is where they need to be. The staff here doesn’t come to work everyday for a paycheck, but because they genuinely love children. They are extremely patient, communicative, and understanding while working WITH you as a parent to ensure your kids are on the road to success. My kids absolutely love this place; finding The Gingerbread House has been a blessing for my entire family.

  • My son says he likes it there but as far the management and teachers it’s a no for me! When I drop my child off I can hear the teacher yelling at the kids and then when I pick up my child I can hear the teachers yelling and talking loudly about things that shouldn’t be talked around kids I never say anything because this a temporary for my child if management is poor they not gone care for what their teachers are doing just that simple. Management they don’t care they wait until your child is 3 months in the school to tell you they need paperwork instead of being up front the first day you come ask about the school and what is needed and then nobody knows the right information you hear different information from about 3 people. My child communicates good with me and he is very detailed about his day and does say oh ms. …… yelled at someone and then I go to ask did they yell at you and he would say no so my child fills me in on his day more then these teachers do they don’t send no report home for behavior just homework they don’t let you know how your child doing in school just send his school work home like here this what he did this week then have these stupid events have parents go spend money for these events and kids can’t even wear everything for the event like they inconsiderate of what a parent has going on in their personal life’s like how you know we can afford what y’all be asking for i spent $50 on a damn costume then wait until Friday comes to tell you the school is closed all week the following week last minute inconvenience for parents you basically get what you pay for lol free poor service

Questions parents ask about The Gingerbread House

Is The Gingerbread House a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

The Gingerbread House holds Georgia record CCLC-289, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Bartow County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is The Gingerbread House's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates The Gingerbread House 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does The Gingerbread House offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists The Gingerbread House as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for The Gingerbread House?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects The Gingerbread House's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
