  • Our daughter is 2 1/2 and it is her first time in daycare. After touring three locations, the Goddard school stood out the most. The facility is very clean and welcoming, the windows make it bright. The front staff is very pleasant and we were very pleased with how organized and structured they are. Our daughter has been there for a little over a month now and she loves going. She’s excited she is more social and chatty. We can tell that she is learning new things daily and the simple fact that she doesn’t want to leave when we pick her up makes us so happy because that means she feels so safe there. Miss Isha and Mrs Tye have been very great with transitioning her to this new environment. You can tell they love the children and enjoy what they do with them every day. Although the price point was a lot higher than the other locations we toured I will say you pay for the quality of care and it shows. We are extremely happy we chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of childcare.

  • The executive director is horrible and rude as hell. I have requested to speak to the owner Ms. Ericka about the services for months and no call back. They have repeated charged my card erroneously. She hung up the phone on me after inquiring about her boss. She wouldn’t let me speak to the only helpful person who had been professional, Ms. Natalie. I am placing this review in hopes that ms Ericka actually stands by her motto for her school and makes sure family have an excellent experience. Our daughter went to Goddard in Snellville, NEVER ANY PROBLEMS. They were full and we moved so we tried this school based on the name. We are now enrolled in the Athens school because we believe in this brand. Our child never had consistent teachers and when we asked they stated leadership is not good so therefore high turnover. If it’s Katina it makes sense. I still want my refund and in no way shape or form shall this be tolerated. I have a contract and it was violated. Legal assistance will remedy this situation

  • I truly love this daycare and feel confident in the care my children receive. The teachers are wonderful—they genuinely care about the kids, and it shows every day. That level of warmth and dedication is the main reason we’ve stayed for five years. However, my ongoing concern is with communication and billing from the front office. There always seem to be changes happening, yet I’m rarely informed unless I take the initiative to call. I’m told that monthly statements are sent out, but I never receive them. As a result, I’ve been overcharged multiple times, and these issues often go unnoticed because I don’t have access to my statements. I’ve also experienced bank fees, even after switching to money orders based on Natalie’s recommendation to avoid such issues. At one point, I was charged an NSF fee due to a daycare error. While the mistake was acknowledged when I brought it up, it’s now been a month, and I still haven’t received any update or reimbursement. Natalie has been incredibly helpful over the years, and I understand that some of these issues may be beyond her control. Still, after five years of dealing with the same billing and communication problems, it has become very frustrating. I truly value this daycare and the care they provide, but I hope to see improvements in communication, transparency, and billing accuracy moving forward.

  • The school does a great job balancing learning with fun, and the summer camps are especially impressive. There’s always a variety of activities that keep the kids excited—whether it’s creative projects, outdoor play, or group games. My children come home happy, energized, and full of stories about their day.

  • Our daughter has been at The Goddard School in Dacula since she was just a few months old, and now at 3 years old, we can honestly say the experience has been phenomenal. The staff is always friendly, and her teachers care for her like she’s their own. It’s clear that the focus there is on education and development—not babysitting. We truly credit The Goddard School with helping her meet and even surpass developmental milestones early. We see it in her vocabulary, curiosity, and confidence every single day. Choosing them for her foundation was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents, and we look forward to continuing the journey with them.

  • Where to begin—this is by far the worst daycare we have experienced. The business appears to be run in a way that repeatedly overcharges and misleads families. After our kids had already been enrolled for a months, our tuition charges suddenly began changing without notice. Funds were withdrawn from our account without authorization, and no valid explanation was ever provided. We eventually closed the bank account they had on file and switched to paying by monthly money order, yet the daycare continued to increase the weekly tuition rate without any justification. Despite knowing the account was closed, they still attempted to process ACH payments and charged us multiple $35 fees for failed withdrawals. This behavior was extremely frustrating and financially harmful. The leadership team is disorganized and unprofessional. The executive director was rude, confrontational, and dismissive. The marketing and enrollment representative was manipulative, dominated conversations, and came across as untrustworthy. Staff turnover is constant—teachers change almost weekly, leadership changes nearly every month, and they let go of their strongest teacher. Overall, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and stability makes this daycare a poor and risky choice. I strongly recommend not enrolling your children here.
