  • had a truly terrible experience with this daycare. From the start, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and seemed solely focused on money. Even if I had just a small balance, they refused to let my child attend, even on days I had off from paying. The older kids’ teachers were especially disrespectful—my daughter and niece both heard them using inappropriate language and saw them engaging in unprofessional behavior. There were multiple times I witnessed them playing explicit music while kids were outside, and one parent even approached me, stunned, and asked if I had heard what the staff was saying. My kids are often left feeling disrespected and unsafe. This is a completely untrustworthy environment, and I strongly advise other parents to avoid this daycare. They need immediate changes, or better yet, a full closure.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 2-year-old has been attending The Learning Grove Academy Jonesboro, and we’ve had a great experience. The teachers are kind and caring, and my child enjoys going to school each day. I like getting updates during the day, and it’s nice knowing my child is being taken care of while I’m at work. We’ve already seen our little one learning new things and becoming more comfortable around other children. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, and we appreciate all they do for our family.

  • As a first-time mom, I was extremely apprehensive about enrolling my daughter in daycare at just 8 weeks old. However, knowing that Miss Karen is caring for her has truly eased my anxiety. From our very first meeting, she has been helpful, honest, and thorough in the care she provides. She has such a beautiful spirit, and it shines through in the intentionality she shows with every baby in the infant room. What has meant even more to me as a new mom is how she consistently updates the app throughout the day. I’m always able to see how my daughter is doing, when she’s eaten, slept, and how her day is going overall. Those regular updates bring so much reassurance and peace of mind—especially for a mom who naturally worries. She also takes the time to do sweet, age-appropriate activities with the babies and sends pictures of their work. Receiving those little mementos means more than she probably knows. They are treasures I will hold onto, and they will make all the difference as my daughter gets older and we look back on these early milestones. There is even a noticeable difference in the level of care and overall atmosphere when Miss Karen is out or not in the room. Her presence, attentiveness, and warmth truly set the tone. I am incredibly grateful for the love, consistency, and intentional care she provides each day.

  • 0/10 recommend!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM ! They got new directors & she is ALL ABOUT the money she has no passion for children she’s rude & disrespectful, every good teacher they had quit because the director is SORRY ! I had to pull my children out because she failed to let parents know there had been and out break with hands foot mouth because they still wanted to collect their monthly fees from everyone to the pony my child’s WHOLE 1 year old class room had NO children in attendance because everyone caught it . She will let any and everything happy to your kids because everybody here is about the money and not the well being of children !

  • I was incredibly nervous about sending my newborn to daycare, especially at such a young age. But from the moment we stepped into The Learning Grove, all of my worries were put at ease. The love and care my son receives every single day is something I’m beyond grateful for. The infant room teachers are absolutely wonderful — gentle, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. I can see how much they care for each and every baby, and it brings me so much peace of mind knowing my son is in such loving hands. The director is just amazing — warm, professional, and always available to answer any questions or provide updates. You can tell she genuinely cares about the families and staff. We feel so lucky to have found a place like this. Thank you, Learning Grove, for making such a big transition feel so natural and comforting. We adore you all!
