My daughter has been going to the learning tree academy for almost two years, we started at the Rome location and moved to the silver creek location when it opened. Love how clean the facility is & how they have an organized schedule instead of a glorified baby sitter. My child is almost three and has learned so much since switching to the learning tree. I love that she’s learning while also doing crafts, playing inside, & outside. In my opinion it’s really preparing her for preschool while still letting her be a kid. Brandy is extremely helpful. No matter what is going on I can text or call her and she always responds promptly and fixes whatever issue I may have
Hannah GradyApr 25, 2026Love it!! Our kids are excited to attend every day!! All we have heard from our kids is how much they love going there! It’s the perfect balance of daycare fun & school structure. I highly highly highly recommend it!! There is no better place in Rome! Love this place! We are those parents who were very wary of leaving our kids somewhere and not being able to know if they are being mistreated. We waited until our daughter could speak very well so that she could tell us if anything bad was going on. She has never had anything bad to say and truly loves going there!
Kyle CropApr 23, 2026When I first started here I was nervous new daycare with my newborn. Boy was I wrong. I walked in to pick him up the first day he was happy. So I thought he will cry tomorrow when I drop him off. Nope he was super excited. Kicking his arms and feet. The staff is amazing. They all know me by name. My son smiles and laughs and babbles at everyone he sees. When I drop him off or pick him up the teachers are in the floor playing with him helping him to master new skills. We get weekly updates of upcoming events and things we are working on at the daycare. I love that he's learning everyday. Thank you to this amazing staff for taking such great care of my little man.
Cassandra BabcockApr 2, 2026At the initial tour of the facility and meeting Brandy, my daughter was excited about her non verbal son going here. The first day I dropped him off, I walked away feeling hopeful after speaking with Brandy myself. Truly thought my grandson was somewhere he would be understood and well cared for. Within days you could tell they were ready to get rid of him because he did not fit their "image". Workers definitely avoid you when they know they want you out. Nearly impossible too get someone on the phone and we only saw someone in the office once. The "teacher" in his class came across as having no idea of what to do with children. A child that has spent time in an in home daycare or a daycare that allows a 2 year old to be a 2 year old and not a robot will not be happy here.
Jeanette MaloneOct 16, 2025Unprofessional staff and a deeply disappointing experience overall. The assistant director was extremely rude towards my family from the very beginning. As someone with a different background who didn’t look like the majority of families there, it often felt like the difference played a role in how I was spoken to and regarded as a parent. I often felt singled out and unwelcome. The “teachers” seemed more focused on gossip and parents’ personal lives than on actually caring for the kids. If you asked too many questions about your own child, instead of answering directly they would run to the owner, rephrase your words, and make it seem like you were causing an issue. They often disguised it as, “we don’t want to say the wrong thing,” but how can you not know how to do your job or what to say about the children you’re supposed to be caring for without running to upper management? The whole approach came across as sneaky, underhanded, and unprofessional. When I asked about my child, I was met with defensiveness and gaslighting. It feels like if they don’t want you there, they make it known through small actions to push you out. Disregarding, unwelcoming, and not a place I would recommend — especially for families who expect fairness, honesty, and equal treatment.
HermoineOct 7, 2025As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is not only safe but genuinely loved and cared for—and that’s exactly what we’ve found at The Learning Tree Academy. The incredible staff of women who work at this center show true affection and patience with every child. It’s clear they love what they do, and they treat the children like their own. The bonds they form with the kids are real and meaningful, and that gives me so much peace as a parent. One of the first things I noticed and continue to appreciate is the cleanliness of the facility. My schedule allows me to pick up my child at random times of the day and I often see staff actively cleaning throughout the day—not just at closing time. It’s obvious that hygiene and cleanliness are a a priority here, which is especially reassuring in a setting with young children. I’ve also been incredibly impressed with my child’s development since starting at The Learning Tree Academy. They've hit milestones ahead of schedule, and I know that’s a direct result of the structured learning environment and thoughtful activities provided. The curriculum is more than just play—it’s intentional and tailored to help each child grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally. Another huge plus: security cameras in every room! Knowing that the school has that level of transparency and safety gives me complete confidence in their care. It’s comforting to know there’s always an eye on what’s happening throughout the day. Discipline is also handled with care and fairness. I've personally seen how the staff gently but firmly address difficult behaviors like biting or hitting. They don’t ignore the issues—they intervene with patience, teaching children better ways to communicate and behave. Overall, The Learning Tree Academy has exceeded every expectation I had for a daycare. My child is safe, thriving, and genuinely happy, and that’s all a parent can ask for. I’m so thankful to have found this place!
