As a parent and strong supporter of The Right Start Early Learning Center, I urge continued funding for the Pre-K program. My son, enrolled since age 1, is thriving in this nurturing environment. The consistent care and pace of learning have greatly benefited his growth and confidence. Transitioning to elementary school is concerning, and I value the age-appropriate atmosphere and individualized attention provided here. The teachers and staff have created a safe space for him to learn and develop at his own pace. We are immensely grateful for the positive impact on our family.
temelvia heardMay 21, 2026This Daycare is really only concerned about money, Ms. Miller is money hungry and the reviews that the other parent left about her is true, she is very unprofessional and will overcharge you for services that have not been provided and does not make it convenient for you to make payments. If you are looking for a reliable Daycare that cares about your child, believe me this is not it.
Mrs DonnaSep 25, 2025I’ve had 2 children attend this school, we have been enrolled 2.5 years. We really appreciated the teachers that were there long term. We ended up leaving the school recently due to the extremely unprofessional communication style of the owner, Ms. Miller. She has been rude on more than one occasion and she takes no pride in how she communicates with her clients and families. It’s very unfortunate, because we had a great relationship with everyone else at the center and I’ve heard this same complaint from other parents.
BillieFeb 18, 2025I agree with the other parents who said they only care about the money which is true. There could be weather, storms, inclement weather , the world could be ending and they do not care what is going on they still want their money. They will also not warn you or simply communicated when they throw a late fee at you. What I wanted is that they could be more accommodating with payments because not a lot of people are going to remember on the weekend to make a payment. I am busy with two boys on Saturdays I slipped up the tossed the $25 late fee at me without warning or forgiveness. They can the parents by changing the system but no they rather keep collecting late payments than to make an easier way for payments for the parents. I unenrolled my son but I do not know if he really withdrawn or if they are still collecting on money him.
Christy ArvenFeb 15, 2025The first few months were really good, then towards the end of the school year it got really bad, the new owner only cares about money, which is essential for a business i get it,but you can't come in judging people before you get to know them. Staff for the most part is phenomenal but again they are mistreated and the owner even threw shade at them at the graduation with her statement( I didn't have to keep them but I did because they are good) like we really didn't need to hear that. Just beware if you decide to put your little one here they are more about your money than your kid...
jermaine ellisJul 17, 2023I called this daycare and asked if they had any spots for a 2 year old. The lady responded yes. I said he had hearing loss at birth but had surgery (cochlear implant) so now he can hear and speak. He just has to wear his processors, is that going to be a problem. She said “hold on” and she repeated what I said out loud to the person in charge I’m assuming. She came back to the phone and said we can put you on the wait list. Wow. A minute ago you had a spot. But now since my son has hearing loss I’m guessing they think that will too much work or that he’s slow or developmentally delayed which isn’t the case at all. He was born normal he just couldn’t hear but by the grace of God and technology he can hear fully now and speak. It actually hurt my feelings because I have went through a lot to get him what he needs so he will never have to be treated differently or feel different. I know daycares are overworked and understaffed and that may have been too much for them to handle at the moment but the way it was handled was appalling to me. I have since found a wonderful daycare who adores my son and this just wasn’t the place for him which is fine. I just wanted to share my experience because it could have been handled more professionally.
