My child attended this daycare from December 2024 through June 2025, and unfortunately our experience declined significantly over time. In the beginning, we really liked the facility especially when he had his original teacher. However, after she moved to a different area, things changed. There was a lot of staff turnover, and it felt like there was no consistency in care. Different employees were constantly coming and going, which made it hard to feel confident in the environment. One of the most concerning issues was safety. My child was bitten on four separate occasions, and the bites were severe enough to leave marks for multiple days. We were told he would be separated from the child responsible, but that did not actually happen until my husband called and made it clear that we would no longer allow our son to attend if changes weren’t made. There were also multiple instances where it seemed like staff were either on their phones or not adequately supervising the children. We witnessed and were told about situations where children were allowed to hit and bite each other without proper intervention. Additionally, some employees openly complained to us about their coworkers, saying they felt overwhelmed because others were not doing their jobs. This was very unprofessional and further raised concerns about the overall management and environment. Overall, while we initially had a positive impression, our experience over time became very disappointing and concerning.
Rayvin MagallanesApr 2, 2026We’ve been with TCCC for over a year, and have enjoyed our time in every classroom. The staff is accommodating and quick to respond. Our daughter is 2 and learning so much. And she always comes home singing new songs. :) She loves her teachers and it’s obvious in their care that they love her too. She is happy!
Amanda HodgesDec 18, 2025The first thing I notice was the amount of space my daughter has in her classroom, which means the kids have plenty of room to be their selves, learn, and play. All the staff that I have met there are nice, inviting, and they seem to really care for the children. This daycare is well organized and clean. which leads me to believe that they are under great leadership. Since my daughter has been there, she has not been out sick with, fever or any other viruses. They are very tidy and clean. :) Thank you guys for your care!
Brianna BrownDec 9, 2025My girl (9months) has been going here for 6 months now and we love it. She is always happy to see everyone and sometimes acts like she doesn’t want to leave. I love that I get alerted every-time Presley eats, naps, and even know about her diaper changes. I am also granted access to see her at any time of the day, which is such a peace of mind for me. The staff is always alert and very tentative to the babies. I highly recommend TCCC and appreciate all they do for my baby. I feel she is just as loved here as she is at home.
Audrey ButlerNov 25, 2025Everyone here shows such love and care for our children. Our daughter has been the since she was 3 months old and our oldest started when he was 18 months. Every class they have been in has had teachers that fill their days with nothing but fun crafts, activities, play time, and dance parties. We cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. Very affordable too!
