I recently visited this daycare and wanted to share my experience. While the environment itself felt warm, family-oriented, and overall like a great place for children, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the director. I observed positive interactions with current parents; however, as a prospective new parent, I did not feel the same level of attentiveness or support. Given the organization’s mission, the owner’s accolades, and the recognition from Douglas County, I came in with high expectations for a welcoming and inclusive experience. I truly hope the director receives the support needed to ensure that all families, especially new ones, feel valued and welcomed. Strong customer service is something we all appreciate, especially in places where we entrust our children. Overall, the daycare appears to have many strengths, and I’m sharing this feedback in hopes of contributing to an even better experience for future families.
Rinda MubarikApr 21, 2026We absolutely love this daycare! My toddler grandson, Denver, is so happy there and gets excited to go every day, which means everything to us. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly wonderful with the children. He especially adores the cook — who he proudly calls “Chef”! It’s clear how much love and attention the team gives to every child. We’re so grateful for the safe, nurturing environment they provide and highly recommend them to any family.
1st After Hours Bail BondsFeb 12, 2026I had a scheduled tour and when I walked in, no one greeted us. The staff just stared at us and made us feel like we were bothering them. Because of that experience, we turned around and left. First impressions matter, especially when choosing childcare.

The staff are warm, patient, and truly care about the kids, creating an environment where learning feels fun and natural. My child looks forward to going every day, and I’ve noticed so much growth and confidence since starting here.
Hayden KendallOct 1, 2025I must admit I was very anxious about bringing my baby to a childcare center/academy at such a young age, however, Tiny Footprints has been nothing short of God sent! I love this environment! I feel secure knowing my baby is in good hands. The staff is very warm and friendly, the space is ALWAYS clean and the children are Never crying. It is so heartwarming to see that there are people in this world who truly love what they do and treat Our babies like their very own. We will be attending Tiny Footprints until she ages out. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!

The staff have went over and beyond to accommodate me especially with my little one who is on the Spectrum. they even taught her how to tie her shoe laces! They are apart of my village and a staple in my kids future . very professional very accommodating always a warm welcoming environment! My kids love it here and so do I!
