  • The staff are amazing with the children, very loved and cared for 100000% Not one time have they had any dislikeable acts! Joyland in cleremont said we needed look for another place for our kids bc thier staff and the children wasnt safe around my 3 year old autistic son!! But TLC has the staff members that takes pride in helping us with our 2 little boys! Judah loves Brooke which we all do! But all in all its the greatest place for your children, with out trust we have nothing so im greatful I can trust TLC with my Children

  • My children hated going here and were kicked out after 1 week. Upon enrollment I was told that the 3 & 4 year olds were combined in one room and that there were two teachers. Once my twins started two weeks later, I noticed that there was only one teacher for both groups (the teacher's daughter had gone out on maternity leave and was not replaced). Although there was only a total of 10 children, the teacher was unable to manage the group. I was texted/called almost daily about my children for normal toddler behavior (climbing, not listening, tantruming, etc.) and was called to pick them up early on day 2. Upon pickup one day, it took someone 10 minutes to come to the door to let me in, and when I got inside my child appeared to be in the kitchen area, barefoot, and was complaining of a scratch on the back of his neck. After I saw the scratch, the teacher who let me in explained that my sons had been fighting another set of brothers. It was unclear to me why they were not separated from the other brothers or each other. On Friday, I received a text message from the director, Sheila, saying that it would need to be my boys' last day. She was very nasty about it. I called to explain I was slated to begin a new job on Monday, and begged for another couple of days to find alternate care. Sheila callously stated that she didn't have to give me notice. As a place that purports to be a Christian establishment, I right I could appeal to her moral sense of right and wrong, telling her that although she was not required to give me notice it was the right thing to do since all daycare centers would be closed over the weekend. Miraculously, I was able to drop everything and find a different center with normal staffing levels on the same day. My children were at the same daycare center for more than 2 years prior to TLC, and thrived. They have also been thriving at the new daycare center. Do not send your children here. Although the 3-4 year old teacher, Ms. Brooke, is very kind, she is not properly supported by the business and is unable to keep your children safe or to engage them in educational activities on her own. There is a reason the enrollment is very low at this place and that the weekly cost is cheap. Avoid.

  • I am beyond grateful for Brooke, Bree, and Shiela. They love my daughter as their own. She has grown leaps and bounds with her words and colors.

  • Sick child took her. The staff was flashily professional. Very competent quite knowledgeable. Even the young staff members. I bit too chatty. More alacrity would be appreciated. And would it hurt to hire a few more big girls?? I'd go back

  • TLC is definitely smaller and older than some of the daycares out there, but they give their undivided attention to my little man. We have been truly blessed to have found this daycare and all it offers. Recently, little man came home with a nativity scene made completely out of his hands and feet along with a bible for him. This is just one of the sweet and considerate acts this little daycare in the woods has provided our family. I highly recommend these sweet teachers!
