TOTally Kids Childcare

My baby has been at this center since his was a baby. The staff is always sweet, and kind. Clean environment. Great if you’re looking for somewhere to take your child that cares about your kid. Would recommend

Everyone is great and professional. Treated my baby like she was there own.

Director allowed child to be bullied and then when the parent was notified she proceeded to put out the bullied child and the parent that notified the other parent, not only that she proceeded to text harassing messages to the bullied child’s parent and the other parent who is pregnant…she went out her way to harass a pregnant woman with rude, nasty calls n messages, I would not recommend this place to anyone this is beyond unprofessional and please check on yall children

Owner of daycare is very rude and messy daycare is closed more than they are open kids don’t get snacks after school my kids have came home complaining several times saying they ran out of snacks or was given noodles or fun dip there aren’t any cameras kids literally scattered all over the floor all ages babies trying to exit the doors as you walk in as they wait for their parents to pick them up it’s a zoo if you have other options use them I wouldn’t recommend them at all they talk to the kids like there crazy when the kids report things they tell them stop telling and question them why they tell the parents what’s happening in the establishment my kids have came home on several different occasions telling me other children where fighting and the teachers allowed it even instigated it on several occasions state has definitely been notified all services aren’t good services even if they are free take another route

If I could write this with no star I would! Gossip show, definitely don't recommend you send your kids here if it was the only childcare in the CSRA! If you have middle school age kids to attend they will be sitting on the floor upon arrival! Staff is more like having a teenager to watch your children its literally like watching a drama movie they talk about parents as they drop children off and even make rude statements to children, everyone is just childish and nosey, as long as you give them your personal life they love you, and lets not mention the owner wont even speak to parents , Try elsewhere please warning!
