  • There are so many people who have advised me to never ever use this daycare. More than one person has told me that when they try to report abuse of the kids, the director calls the police and claims the worker is hostile and needs to leave. The same exact scenario plays out every time someone tries to report physical abuse of the children. Instead of the reports getting the legit attention that they need and the daycare being closed down, they are strategically described as retaliation by the director so the issues are never tended to or solved. If you really love and value your children, please do not let them attend this school. This place needs to shut down. There is no reason why children should be mistreated and for soooo long without anyone doing anything.

  • Judy P. Mitchell is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She doesn't make you feel comfortable coming to her daycare. Judy doesn't know how to communicate properly with people. Judy talks crazy to her staff and other people coming to the daycare. Judy likes to talk down to people as if she's superior. Judy is very hostile, disrespectful, combative, and messy. Judy talks negative about people to her parents. She's not a role model and isn't fit to own a daycare. People refuse to come back to her daycare because she treated them so bad. It's really distasteful and sad for her to be in the community, conducting herself in such a poor manner. Judy needs to shadow other daycare owners, so she will know how to conduct herself accordingly. Judy do better, if not for yourself, do it for the children that are in your care.

  • I had to get the state and pediatrician involved with this daycare. I would have to pull my twins out for days to weeks at a time to fully recover from everything. From RSV, several infections, diaper rashes.. the list continues. They will also give your kids unauthorized food, even after repeatedly asking them not to. The owner acts like you owe HER something when addressing your issues. Save your kids the extra issues and just look for a different daycare.

  • My grandson has been in this daycare for almost 2 years and loves it. He has learned so much while attending. The owner is always professional and handle issues quickly and fairly. I will admit I was a little skeptical. There are so many awful stories about daycare in this area. These teachers take good care of the children and love what they do. I would and do recommend this when I am asked about childcare in the area.

  • The owner is extremely rude. I've walked in a couple times and have heard her talking rude to the kids. There's about 3 or 4 teachers that are good with the students but the rest just seem like they do it for the money. I don't recommend anyone to bring their child here. I've referred someone to this daycare & she's had the same problem with attitudes and unprofessionalism from the owner.

  • You will never have a better experience at a daycare. I have four children all different ages. The staff and management are loving and caring. They go above and beyond for your child. I couldn't have found a better place for my children. Don't disregard the wonderful place because of a bad review people do that for other reasons. Honestly, a great safe place for your kids to grow and learn!

Questions parents ask about Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center

Is Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center holds Georgia record CCLC-31603, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Richmond County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center 1 star, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

Does this page show inspection results for Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center?

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Universal Love Daycare & Learning Center's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
