My child went here for a few months. The director was so sweet to me at first. If you are BLACK, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! I was a first time mom and desperate. Also due to the others I was attracted to the daycare. Fast forward to about 7 months in and my child's classroom has been changed without notice. I was made aware once when they started saying my child was a "problem." I was told that he doesn't want to listen, he doesn't like to sit when it's time to eat, and he wants to be held all of the time. The director had to translate for the teacher because she barely spoke English. Which contradicted quite a few things. If you can't communicate properly with my child then how do you expect him to listen to you? Doesn't make sense. The director herself also confessed that his previous teacher Ms. Elly was good with the kids but not with the parents and that she hasn't fired her because employees are hard to come by. Ms. Elly would be rude when I would pick up my son. She didn't want to speak with me, not even using the translator app on my phone. Before I withdrew my son they kept complaining about not having enough diapers. When I asked them to show me his cubby. Ms. Elly showed me a cubby with my child's name on it that had NOTHING of what I packed in it. When I asked who's items were they and where is my son's she said she doesn't know. The staff lied on me and told the director I called them dumb and that wasn't the case at all. I told Ms. Elly that I felt like they were treating ME like I was dumb and I am not. Fast forward to today and my child has speech therapy once a week. I strongly feel as if they had a major part in delaying my child's speech due to the staff not knowing English themselves. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. THIS IS A BABY SITTING SERVICE. NO REAL LEARNING GOING ON HERE. THEY WOULD BRING MY CHILD OUT FOR PICK UP WITHOUT HIS COAT ON AND HIS NOSE RUNNING. BE AWARE. THIS DAYCARE ONLY WANTS YOUR $. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK.
Infiniti MNov 3, 2025My daughter has attended this center for over a year now. Mrs. Tina the director is the reason why I enrolled her. She gave me a sense of comfort and reliability. She didn't make me feel like my race was an issue. She made me feel safe leaving my baby there. The infant teachers are not fluent in English but what I do know is, they take care of my baby. My daughter is always nice, clean, neat, and happy when I pick her up. Nothing and nobody is perfect but overall I give them 4 stars. I take a star away because I would like to see my daughter on camera whenever I want. If that is not in the budget the least the owner can do is buy each classroom an inexpensive cell phone to use so they can text or email the parents pics throughout the day of the kids. I would like a progress report of some sort. What did she do today? What did she eat? No artwork or signs of learning. I started my career in childcare. I have worked all positions. I know the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of childcare. Being able to see your child while at work is comforting. Being informed on their progress is exciting. Knowing the weekly menu is very important. Sharing that with the parents should be a must. I do wish they would implement more educational activities. I think the language barrier is the case. I do believe if they make the proper changes, they will be 5 stars.
Patrice WSep 12, 2024#1 - BLACK PARENTS STAY AWAY! if you are African American - do not take your child here as the micro aggressions and labeling is very strong here. Outside of that, Very high child to teacher ratio, the majority of the teachers do not speak English and they don’t really teach the kids. It’s more along the lines of supervised baby sitting rather than education. They are clearly set up as a money grab due to the industrial area - prices are set lower than competitors to attract blue collar parents but the quality of education and care is lacking. Terrifyingly: the place is not safe at all. The director has openly admitted to lying about incidents surrounding the children on multiple occasions. If something happens to your kid, there will be no incident report or logical explanation given. That’s a guarantee. I highly do not recommend.
Samantha Le MorinAug 8, 2024Ever since my child has been at this daycare, he has loved every minute of it.of course, at first it was a little hard for him adjusting to a new place, new teachers and new friends but now on a daily basis, he tells me how much fun he has had, the things he learned that day and the food he eats. On the days that he doesn’t go, he asks me why he is not there? That lets me know that he enjoys going to his daycare. I am happy that I have found this daycare because of its convenience. they have long hours, The staff is super friendly and kind, they feed the children several times a day. It’s just a great place. Woukd highly recommended.
Diana JimenezJul 17, 2024USA Daycare is amazing with my 2.5yr old daughter. It was a long journey to get in but so worth it. The director is so sweet, so are all the teachers. She has been attending around a year now. They really love children, and you can tell. Believe me when I tell you I had the toddler crying every day when I dropped her off and picked her up experience. Its gut retching to walk away from your child everyone saying, "she only does this when u drop her off" Still my mom instinct's screaming, then I come back to obvious relief tears. That was Kid R kids!! So, I took her out of there and waited till we got in here. Thank God I did. Again, mom instinct just pointing the way. She was happy by day 2! Actually getting out of the car and walking in herself. (Believe me mommas our baby's do to tell whats good and bad for them. Just be open to it.) Now almost a year later she can sing her alphabet at 2.5 Says a huge verity of words, she can count to ten. Loves learning and playing, just developing beautifully. That wouldn't be the case without aid from this fantastic school and their wonderful staff A+++
Sarah TrabueJul 17, 2024To say that we are happy with this daycare is an understatement. My daughter has been enrolled for almost a year now and she loves it! She’s always so happy when we drop her off which gives me peace of mind. There’s even times when she doesn’t want to come home. You can clearly tell that the caregivers teach, love, and care for her. I’m always recommending this location. Even though this facility is a long drive for me, I wouldn’t consider moving her to another location that’s how happy we are with them. Thank you for everything you do for Ellie. She loves you guys
