After 4 phone calls I don't even want to send my daughter to this place. Which is sad because I grew up right around the corner and have seen and watched this place for years and always thought it was a nice place. The first time I called the lady that I spoke with took my info and said that they would call me back, never did. I called for a 2nd time a week later and was told that she could start in 2 weeks. Ok wonderful that is perfect and I asked to be put on the list and once again gave them my information. I called this past Monday to check on everything and found out that her name nor mine for that matter was on that list and to call the following morning to speak with the director. When I called Tuesday morning, the lady I spoke with said that the director was at the store and that they would call me back in 20 minutes. Again they never called me. Not a way to handle a business in my opinion nor is it very professional.

The owner is unprofessional, does not know how to talk to people, gossips about parents with other parents and plays favorites with children. She calls parents in the middle of work days to have them pick up their child when she wants to kick the child out after parents advocate for their child. She has done this to me and two other parents I know. She admitted to not having fed my child but then tried to blame him for not telling her he did not get breakfast though he was only three yrs. He said he told another teacher and she accused him if lying rather than taking responsibility for neglect.

Very professional and atmosphere for babies and children. Have 3 children that currently attend.
