My infant has been going here since he was 6 months old. The staff is friendly and attentive and the location is convenient for me.
Tuan TranFeb 27, 2026I really wanted to like this place, but after a month of sending my 4yr old here, I had to pull him out. Here are my pros and cons: Cons: 1. My main complaint is that this place is more like a DAYCARE and not like a preschool. In the time my kid was there, I didn’t get a single worksheet or piece of art. NOTHING. They don’t push your kid to do work and only “encourage” them. I don’t get a sense that there is structured learning is happening here with daily updates from teachers are nonexistent. 2. The bathroom in my 4 yr old’s class was dilapidated and resembled a prison bathroom. The toilet and sink was permanently stained with different shades of brown and grey that you could not tell if it was clean or dirty. On the contrary, the staff bathroom was clean and updated which gives you a sense of their priorities. 3. Class sizes are 1 teacher to 12 kids which made the experience impersonal and difficult to manage. On my kid’s first day, teachers didn’t have his cubby ready or name tag on it. The teacher also had no idea that it was my kid’s first day which made it feel not special at all. Our entire time there, the lead teacher never even said greeted us so we had no idea who she was. Pros: 1. Large facility with a great outside play area. While classrooms were disorganized, they were still in good shape with lots of activities etc. 2. Food and snacks prepared here were also great. Healthy and home made. 3. Flexible and the operating hours are long. This place only closes on major holidays and does not follow regular school schedule so it’s good for busy parents. Overall, I would not recommend this place if your goal is to prepare your kid for preschool. This chain of schools is well-funded which is why the facility and food offerings is top notch but if you’re looking for your child to have a more personal experience where teachers spend quality time with the kids, look elsewhere.
