My child has been going here for over a year now and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and kind and my daughter adores them all. The owner, Michelle, is very involved and always available. I highly recommend this daycare!
Kari CookDec 19, 2025We cannot say enough good things about A Step Above Daycare in Palo. We have been taking our littles (both under the age of two) since they were basically brand new, so finding a daycare we truly trust and an outlet of love and care while they weren’t in ours was so important, and this center has been incredible. The staff are super loving, patient, and attentive, and they genuinely care for the kiddos like they are their own. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they are safe, nurtured, and well cared for every day. The communication to parents is huge for me and they go above and beyond! You can truly see the heart they put into what they do for each of the children. We are so grateful to have found A Step Above and highly recommend them to any family looking for exceptional care for their little loves. ❤️❤️
Haley GillenDec 17, 2025My son loves going to daycare. They have the best staff and fun activities through the year for the kids to do. The use of the app makes it very easy to communicate also and I love getting pictures throughout the day.
Alisha WardenburgDec 17, 2025We joined A StepAbove Child Care back in August 2025 due to moving to the area. Our 3 year old has loved her time there and is very happy to go everyday. You can tell the staff really care about the kids and always greet us with a positive, happy attitude. The place is very clean. They do a lot of fun activities with the kids and always try to get them outside. The communication with staff has been very positive and prompt when needed.

Overall it’s very clean. and very organized! my baby is well loved by all! I get updates about his day! Respond very quickly with any questions or concerns! Michelle is amazing making sure her daycare runs smoothly! there’s so much I can say about this location! I love how spacious the classrooms are! Highly recommended!!!
