Children's Village West

I would not recommend this place at all. Me and my son’s father have been searching for months to find the perfect fit for our little boy. Today I received a call from this establishment as I was working. I returned the call back when I had availability to do so. When Mary answered she asked how could she help me, I told her I had received a call and was returning the call. She asked if I had a student that went there. I told her my son is going to be starting in August or fall. She says in a rude tone “that’s August” I said oh ok. We sat there silently and awkwardly then she said well I left a voicemail. I told her I didn’t receive it she repeated herself again saying “well I left one so you should’ve got it” I told her my son would not be attending there anymore due to her professionalism and attitude. My son is 3 and has never been to a daycare or school and this is the reason why we are terrified as parents. I can only imagine how she treats the children. Not to mention we’re also going to pay out of pocket which is very expensive. I am very upset with the way I was treated.
