  • Only review I have ever taken the time to write. If you like a total pathetic excuse for management that will send your kid home any chance you get this is the place for you. Use every excuse they can throw at you and don't get your money back for the day. There is no reasoning with the management staff and they are not fit to operate a place that has young kids. Try anywhere else.

  • Was about to start first day of work, got sick and told them. I was sick for two days and on the third they told me I HAD to come in no matter what. We are in a pandemic that spreads severally fast towards children. I did not think that it was wise to go into work while I was showing symptoms and potentially get others sick. The receptionist apparently has higher power than everyone there and said " YOU STILL HAVE TO COME IN." I didn't even care about the pay, I just didn't want to expose anyone and they failed to communicate and give proper care for the ones that matter the most, the kids. That small interaction gave me a huge window view as to how this establishment is ran. Poor communication, poor views, poor care for others.

  • After working there and having experience in all three centers, I would never send my children there. Hire a nanny, find a good in-home daycare, but please do not send them to CUCCC.
