First Steps Learning Center Inc.

This is the best daycare in this area! I have tried two other daycares in the past, this is the best one. My two kids have been in the center for almost two years, and they are thriving! The leadership is very receptive to any feedback.

We have had both of our children here for almost two years and we largely consider the teachers and staff family. They care for our kids very well and are reseptive to feedback. (Plus the other kiddos/families are just awesome)!

This daycare was selected out of proximity to work and home, and I could not be happier that they had an opening when I needed it. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. If there is ever a problem between kids, (or usually between kids and the walls, floors, etc) they have let me know the day of the occurrence. Throughout the pandemic, they have been very diligent in following safety protocols at the center, and I have felt very safe in my kids remaining enrolled. There are diverse teachers that have taught the kids about the countries they are from and, that has been exciting for me to hear about as well. I know my kids love it, because they give hugs to all of their teachers and classmates when they are leaving. I cannot recommend First Steps enough!!!

Could not be happier! After a terrible experience at a previous center I could not be more please with First Steps! My daughter has been attending since they opened in 2017 and has moved from infants all the way up to junior pre-k now. Transitioning between classes and teachers always seems to be smooth for my daughter and she is always happy at the end of the day! Communication between staff members throughout the day is quick & easy if ever needed!

My older son has been attending here since fall of 2017 and my youngest is currently in the infant room. We love the teachers and staff! They are very kind and caring , and come up with a variety of activities to keep the kids busy. In addition to a great staff, they also have great facilities. We love that they have both an outdoor playground and an inside gym, so the kids can get some energy out no matter what the weather. Another great perk of this daycare is meals are provided. My kids get to eat a variety of food, and I don't have to take the time to pack meals for them each day. We love our daycare and would highly recommend them!
