  • I was very hesitant at first about daycare and finding the best place to send my child. However, after meeting the staff I felt much more at ease. There are a lot of great daycares in the area but the teachers helped make my decision. Specifically, Ms. Claire and Ms. Mackenzie. They both go above and beyond for my family. Ms. Claire is so warm, very engaging, cares about the well being of my child and puts my baby right at ease. I am so thankful for her and Ms. Mackenzie. They also keep us updated throughout the day and made the transition to daycare much easier. They are the best!

  • My boys were there for less than 6 weeks and got kicked out for their behavior. My kids had just transitioned from another daycare that we had no problems at to all of a sudden being in a new environment. There was no adjustment period for my kids nor did the daycare staff accommodate that or take that into consideration. There was no need to kick my infant out, it is extremely hard finding child care for infants right now. I honestly expected more from this establishment. I had to quit my job and start from scratch finding work and childcare. I requested copies of all of the incident reports and only got one of my child’s, not both. Courtney specifically said that my kids needed to be seen at AEA. We got into AEA and my children got glowing reports back. This establishment does not put the children first, nor do they praise kids for what they do, it seems like they react every time a child is bad and that’s it. This place is an absolute joke, I’d give zero stars if I could. Do better.

  • I was an anxious first time mom who struggled at first. Courtney and Claire were so empathetic and encouraged me to check in as often as I needed throughout the days! It didn’t take long for me to realize how much all the staff cared for the kids in their room! If it wasn’t for Claire I’m not sure I would have been able to make the transition of taking my daughter to daycare. I’m so appreciative of everyone there. Claire has gone above and beyond, truly cares for my daughter, and keeps us updated throughout the day as needed. McKenzie has been an amazing addition to the infant room staff as well! They all make it easy to know that your child is well cared for while at daycare!

  • I would never send my child to a daycare like this! Me being a former employee, I have seen the issues and the poor care given to the children. Many issues brought up to the director are brushed under the rug and not properly taken care of. There is no structure nor lesson plans being put into place to ensure the children are learning. It’s honestly sad to see so many employees putting the needs of the children as a last priority. The center cares more about ratio than the quality of care provided to the children. I personally have seen teachers spray children in the face with spray bottles and even being smacked on the head with a book as being “taught a lesson.” If you have the option to send your child elsewhere I would definitely take that option!

  • Christine N is very profesional and extremely well with my toddler. This is the definition of what a day care should be. 5/5 stars

  • Communication with potential families is extremely poor. My calls were never returned even after leaving multiple messages. My enrollment paperwork was submitted in February, with the facility sl ated to open on March 2nd. I requested updates when the March opening didn't occur, but again no further com.unication. The unprofessionalism is very concerning.
