This is such a great daycare! The staff is amazing and it’s obvious they genuinely care about the kids. The building is always clean, organized, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are wonderful, especially the Pre-K, the 2 two-year-old teachers, and the infant teacher. They’re patient, caring, and always finding fun ways to keep the kids engaged. You can tell they really love what they do. The manager is also fantastic. She’s kind, supportive, and does a great job making sure everything runs smoothly. The whole team works well together, and it creates a really positive environment for both the kids and the families. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a place where their child will be loved, cared for, and have a great time every day.
Makayla JohnstonJul 16, 2026I recently have inquired for a few months now about my child enrolling for the fall year here and I’ve never stepped foot in this place but my experience with just simply scheduling a tour has been AWFUL. The lack of communication is ridiculous here not to mention that the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been in contact with the director multiple times to schedule a tour and when I finally get a date set and stone they have to “cancel it” bc the director won’t be there. The way it was said to me was rude for one and I called a day before to simply confirm the time for the next day and I was told they needed to cancel which no one had previously reached out before I called to cancel the tour they said they didn’t even know I had a tour scheduled and the director didn’t relay the message to anyone. I live in another state which they are aware of but as simple as a phone call from the director to reschedule the tour would’ve been more ideal! When I first talked to someone to even set the tour up the person wasn’t very pleasant don’t recall a name but they told me originally they do not do tours on Fridays because their workers are “trying to get home to their families”. This facility needs better customer service and better communication all around!
JaidonMay 28, 2026I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. My child has come home mentioning that teachers were being yelled at in front of the children by the center director, which is extremely concerning. A childcare environment should feel calm, safe, and supportive not tense or uncomfortable for children. There appear to be ongoing staffing and supervision issues. Classrooms have been left out of ratio, with one teacher alone with too many children while others step away. I’ve also noticed inconsistency in how policies are enforced. Some staff members are written up for certain behaviors, while others are allowed to do the same without consequences. It feels like rules are only strictly followed when corporate is present. There are also concerns about professionalism and favoritism, especially when family members work together within management. This creates unequal treatment and a lack of accountability. Most concerning are safety issues. I was made aware of an incident where a child was picked up improperly and hit their head. That should never happen in a licensed childcare facility.Concerns have been reported to higher management, including Courtney, who oversees the center director, but no meaningful action appears to have been taken. At this point, I believe corporate should conduct an unannounced visit to see what truly goes on day to day.If these issues are not addressed, I feel it is important for other parents to be aware so they can make informed decisions about their children’s care.
Ling LingFeb 12, 2026When my son and I recently returned from a 5 day vacation, he started flapping his arms and kicking his legs in excitement as soon as he saw the KinderCare building. He loves attending a place that provides him with enriching activities and fun experiences. A happy atmosphere with good friends and wonderful teachers!
Mallori PhillipsSep 30, 2025The workers are all good with kids. They genuinely care about all the kids. They did well helping my toddler adjust to a daycare setting, and they communicate well with me. Another parent accidentally hit my car in the parking lot one dark, extremely cold evening. My tot was in the back seat and I didn't have my phone. Definitely go inside and call the police or write down the person's address if this happens, because this person then lied to their shady insurance company, which was happy to deny a claim even if the evidence is obvious. Likely due to corporate policies, Kindercare management wouldn't deliver small claims court papers--by papers they meant exchanging contact info. I don't think they had any idea the type of person that had hit me. I am thankful that this daycare is way better than the experiences other people have had in other daycares. The management have beautiful smiles and love the children. The kids are safe and the vast majority of the other parents are lovely. Unfortunately, one bad apple parent is too safe from small claims court. The experience in the parking lot and after had more to do with me adjusting to city life and learning how to be a little more street-smart. My dad warned me about parking lots!
