  • This childcare has great leaders and great teachers! We have had a very positive experience with my daughter there.

  • We have always experienced very thoughtful and caring staff at It Takes a Village. Both of our children are thriving under their care. We are thankful to have a place where we feel comfortable taking them while we work!

  • The worst daycare experience of my life! Vivian, the manager on site, is the most soulless heartless cold women I have ever met! They kicked my son out because he was as granted an IEP for his behavioral disorder and they refused to honor it! Vivian labeled my son a bad kid and treated him terribly. Every little thing he did out of line she sent him home and often she would make a huge show of it treating him AND EVEN ME like criminals making a show of asking other staff to watch us on our way out as if we were wild animals. It was truly heartbreaking that someone in childcare could be so nasty hearted. I should’ve believed all the reviews about terrible management not caring about the kids but I was desperate for childcare. Do not make the same mistake as me, do not trust these people with you babies ESPECIALLY if they’re disabled or neurodivergent!

  • Terrible TERRIBLE Management. They DO NOT CARE about the children. They refuse to work with kids who have behavior disorders or disabilities. DO NOT bring your children here. They want money and money only

  • I’m only giving this place a 2 star, at the moment bc my son has been going here for the past 3 years. & he’s currently in a new classroom with new kids and I feel like the communication hasn’t been the best and the new ppl they have working in the facility are young and not the best when it comes to supervision of the children. I have experienced quite a few obstacles with them throughout the years and the only reason why I kept him attending this long is bc of the administrator was my old administrator and a friend of the family who is amazing at her job. But the workers she has isn’t the best and can be lazy and not the best communicators when it comes to my child or what goes on the daily. The last class my son attended would give me a full report now that he’s in a bigger classroom they don’t give reports anymore or report incidents to me right away. And it has really been frustrating I have stated my opinion on multiple occasions and expressed that I need to be notified or bought awareness on everything that happens when it’s pertaining to my child and my boundaries are still not being met. He use to get sick quite a bit while attending her to so I’ve known cleanliness hasn’t been the best in the past. But on the bright side we are relocating in the next few months and he will be withdrawn bc he will be going to school where he can learn things as far as his education. But if something doesn’t change and I keep having issues I will be withdrawing him sooner & reporting my concerns. Thank you 😊

  • Our daughter has went to ITAVCC for the past 4 years, and has received amazing care. All of the teachers were so good to her and our family. My husband and I were able to have peace of mind knowing she was in good care here. They loved, protected, and helped her grow when we were at work. We will be forever grateful! We highly recommend ITAVCC!
