La Petite Academy - Des Moines

We love La Petite! My 3 year attends here and has since they were 18mo. As a first time mom, the sincere care the teachers and Jenny, the director, has for my child’s well being and education is beyond comforting. I love the app that keeps me up to date with daily activities and pictures that makes me feel involved even when I’m not there. I absolutely adore the other kiddos who know not only who I am, but knows my child and always say, “your mom is here!” I have seen a huge vocabulary increase and social awareness in my child. Can’t wait for my second to attend!

My daughter currently goes here and has for almost a year now. Ever since we stepped through the door we couldn’t be happier. The teachers and staff are so nice and caring. If I ever have concerns they make sure I’m heard and addressed. The activities they do with the kids are educational based. She loves it here and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings. If you need childcare come check it out you won’t be disappointed.

The teachers and leadership staff at this Des Moines La Petite is the best place to find loving and kind educators. They are such a wonderful team and make me feel confident that my son is being taken care of in the best way possible. I see them interacting with my son and teaching him things such as math, science, and emotions even at such a young age. They communicate all the time and throughout the day. Even when my son has been out due to sickness, they reach out to see how he is doing and say they hope he feels better. Ms. Jenny, Ms. April, Ms. Carol, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Janie, Ms. Luchua, and everyone else at this location are some of the most knowledgeable and loving teachers you will ever meet. Des Moines La Petite is the best place to enroll your child.

My four and a half year old son currently attends La Petite. I am much happier with this center than with his previous center. Everyone is friendly and acknowledges us in the mornings and afternoons, which I appreciate. Most importantly-my son seems to really enjoy going there and always seems happy when I pick him up. Overall, happy with the director and teachers at La Petite. No complaints :)

I love La Petite. My brother and I attended when we were younger and my now 4th grader has been attending since he was just a toddler. I think it says a lot that several of the teachers have been there for many many years. I feel safe leaving my child with their care.
